Breakfast was very good, plenty of options to eat. Rooms are very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The room had a nice balcony with good views of Imola.

Pool reservations are 2.5 hours long. It is a shame that you have to reserve before use. Wasn't aware of this before travelling specially as I was arriving late and looking forward to using the pool.

The room was very comfortable, generous in size, quiet and with a large window and balcony. The window has electric courtains so no light comes in at morning. Staff is very friendly and willing to help. We were allowed to use parking before check in which was a lifesaver for the F1 race. The restaurant has a nice menu and taste of food was very good was very good.

The bathroom was a bit compact. Small shower and a toilet next to a strange step (probably piping for the shower). This was not the best. A second room we booked had a much better design. At the restaurant we waited almost an hour for our starter and first dish. We had to constantly claim our food. When it came we had no fork and knife which we also had to claim several times, even having to get angry to make it happen. At the restaurant there is huge space for improvement. Waiters were friendly but cero organized.

Very good price for what you get. Very good breakfast included, free onsite parking and enough hot water for 2 showers in a row, which was a real chalange with every private apartment that we booked in our 16 days Italy trip.

The location is remote, quite far from the highway, and the A/C didn't work at the time.

Staff were terrific. The breakfast was plentiful and a charming young man made us coffee when we really couldn't face that awful button machine. The parking was immediately under the hotel and massive. We ate in the hotel restaurant which was very busy as it was a Saturday night. However the staff spent time explaining the dishes to us. Our room had everything and was modern and clean.

The staff was great at this hotel that was easy to get to. On site free parking. Lots of amenities like a spa, pool, billiard room. Breakfast was good. Room was a great size for the four of us. Air conditioner worked really well especially during this year's Italian hot summer.

Not really a boutique hotel feeling - more of a standard large generic hotel sort of vibe (which is not necessarily bad, I suppose, just not ... special).

Overall a very good hotel. Also the restaurant is very good, with a extensive menu.

The only think that is annoying is that you nearly always need to wait a long time for the elevator. Especially when your staying on the top floor.

Clean rooms, excellent restaurant with divers menu. Breakfast is always included. With an extensive buffet.

There are only 2 slow elevators for this 10 stories hotel. One was out of order and then it can take forever to get on the elevator.

The hotel is really nice. The room was big, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. We had a very good weekend there! They also have a private garage, free and available for all the clients.

The breakfast was quite disappointing: the breakfast room was busy and noisy, the quality of food was rather poor.

This hotel looks pretty poor from the outside but we had a wonderful room, of really good size, with very good bathroom products and free mini bar. The breakfast was really good with many different things to try and the staff were fun, easy, friendly and helpful.
