It was a very clean, new and modern apartment. Smooth check-in and out process. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a power cut one evening and we couldn't get in because of the electric gates but it didn't take long for a member of staff to come once I called. I enjoyed the beautiful location, spa facilities was excellent as was the pool and outdoor lounging area. I liked there were plenty of towels in the apartment, recycling was clearly labelled. Nice sun loungers in the balcony.

Kitchen didn't have some basics e.g. chopping board, salt, pepper, oil for cooking or tea towels. Also it seemed there was a bad smell of smoke in the hallways.

The apartment complex is very well maintained and the reception by the staff at the reception was very friendly and positive. Thus, we were already surprised during the arrival with a WhatsApp message in which we received instructions on arrival, check-in and parking in the underground garage. The apartment itself is very spacious and is equipped with everything you need. There was also nothing to complain about the cleanliness. The outdoor area is very well maintained, as well as the pool and the lawn. There is also a wellness area and a breakfast service, but we have not taken advantage of both. The complex is located directly on the lake and is in the immediate vicinity of a very nice promenade with very good restaurants and a lakeside path on which you can walk to the Swiss border. The small village also has other local bars and a small bakery. We have started some hiking trips directly from the accommodation and all in all spent a very nice vacation.

Dogs are unfortunately not allowed on the lawn. Thus, we could not really use the pool and the lawn. We were referred to the meadows outside the complex on the shore of the lake. Perhaps there is a possibility to provide a small area of the outdoor area at least for the stay with small dogs.

It was a very nice place with a great service. We were with family there and our kids enjoyed the swimming pool very much. The pool was clean and never croudy so that everyone could find a place. The hotel owners were always very helpful and fulfilled all wishes and requirement. Even a vacuum cleaner has been purchased and put at our disposal upon request.... Fantastic. I have received whatsApp message before arriving with all information and could easily communicate via whatsApp with the hotel staff.... Just a best example on a good customer experience.

In the apartment we could find someplace with a little bit of mold. I must say that we looked away because of all the positive aspects.. I would recommend the hotel to remove it.

Stunning views, beautiful location. Walking distance of some lovely restaurants along the lake.

Very nice residence with large and confortable appartments. The place is very well managed and it was a pleasure to stay there for one week with our children. We have appreciated the secured parking, fresh/airco temperature in the appartements and the residence in general with a very quiet atmosphere. The real game changer was the view (with the pool and yacht deck) that makes it a unique place.

Amazing location, lovely staff, kayaks for rent and awesome pool. The view from the pool is outstanding and several fantastic restaurants in walking distance. Lots of convenient facilities (gym, laundry) and the apartment kitchen was v well equipped.

The one bedroom flat is not ideal for four people as there is just one sofa. It would also be good to have more chairs and larger tables on the balconies to make them more usable.

The view was amazing, helpful staff, it was self check in but it was easy and secure, parking available for free , it was really comfortable and the room included almost everything you need to feel home( especially the kitchen) One of the best places in my trip. Loved it.

The location was a pit far from the large cities but the navigation with Google was accurate. It is a residence so it was expected the staff are not available 24 h and no luggage trolly. But when we check out one of them was really helpful.

Lovely location. Facilities were really good. Able to hire kayak and Sup at reasonable price. Very friendly staff. 4 restaurants all within walking distance in two different directions plus great ice cream parlour. Lovely bakery fairly close by for breakfast. Lots of great walking nearby and lovely villages to visit.

no explanation of the kitchen equipment (function of the combined micro Owen), and only one plug next to the bed ( if you want to charge your phone and having a light at the same time take a power hub with you). the shower had no place to put your stuff…
