Hotel was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is good - only 5 minutes walk from the lake. Having a bar at the hotel was good as it meant we could have a leisurely drink before bed. Porto Ceresio is a beautiful town on Lake Lugano, not a typical tourist destination (which is a good thing) Grazie per la confettura di Kiwi
For us the beds were a little uncomfortable, a little too hard but of course that is personal preferrence.

Lovely hotel with friendly atmosphere, on walking distance from the promenade and the lake. Spacious free parking, dog friendly (free), nice garden, good rooms with great shower, French balcony, good WiFi. Breakfast was nice, served outside in the morning sun. Really recommended. Very nice stay, affordable and not far from beautiful (and expensive) Lugano, Switzerland.

Great location, the staff was wonderful!
It would be nice to have brighter light (to put on makeup) and we thought the mattresses were a bit hard, but nothing we couldn’t handle.

Very dog friendly hotel close to the lake. Spacious and clean apartment room. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety. We definitely recommend staying here.

We had an amazing experiences with Glam. Rooms were clean, host were very friendly and helpful. Delicious Breakfast and we got a parking slot from the Hotel. Thanks for making us very comfortable.

Great place with friendly owners. I got an apartment for the family. Cleaning is done every day, clean towels that absorb water perfectly. Accepts pets. We will come back again ♥️

the hotel is small and cozy. great coffee and a humble but fresh breakfast. close to everything, walking distance from lake and supermarket. the room was very small but clean and comfortable.
