The staff couldn’t do enough for you, and were so helpful with helping us sort out transport and food. The view from the hotel and terrace is stunning and you can see all the way across the lake. We had a very comfortable stay, and can’t fault the room albeit snug. It was kept very clean, and extra blankets were provided when we had bad weather and got chilly. Just wish we could have used the little pool, which our room looked over.

There is a bit of a walk to Lazise, however this does allow you the views of the lake so it isn’t that bad, and only take a 20 min walk to be in the centre of Lazise.

The owners of the hotel are so nice and happy to help with any questions. They gave us some great recommendations of places to visit in the area. The hotel itself is lovely, with a great breakfast served every day, plenty of space to relax including a small pool, and fantastic views - especially from the roof terrace.

To walk from the hotel to Lazise town you have to walk a short distance along the side of the road before you get to an area with footpaths. However drivers seemed to be aware that pedestrians and cyclists are commonly using the road too.

We liked the location of the place, it's clean, the room was close to the parking lot and the view was very nice. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The couch was not comfortable and we were charged extra for the sheets (we were not aware of that before getting to the hotel). The breakfast could have been a bit higher quality. It's not really so much family friendly but more suitable for couples and such. There isn't even a kettle in the room for hot water.

Friendly and welcoming staff from check on/ out and breakfast. Beautiful location and setting. Commutable to Sirmione. We didn't utilize the pool or roof terrace but excellent to have these facilities if you had the time to enjoy. Upgraded to a lake view room which was nice to wake up to with a balcony. Comfortable and clean with lots of attention to detail with air con throughout the hotel. Breakfast was varied and plentiful.

Hard to tell as we loved it all. But a suggestion for improvement could be a place in the bathroom where you can actually store your soap, lotion etc as there are no really place for this or cloth when bathing.

It was nice Owner of the Hotel, He met us and showed everything. It is very nice place, with fantastic view on the lake. Close to central part of the city. Fantastic Breakfast on terrace. Room is clean with nice, not big balcony. But the view is incredible.

The parking has not so much space. You may get small scratches on your car. Please, park the car carefully.

We loved it here, mostly because everyone was really friendly and we enjoyed the rooftop terrace and the cozy little pool area. The hotel is very unique and interesting, nicely furnished, our rooms were spacious and the beds comfy. We also loved that at the (mostly pretty standard Italian) breakfast buffet there were gluten free options as well as soy milk available. A rare find! We would happily come back!

We booked a family room which was situated on the ground level. We were aware it wouldn't have AC when we booked, however, we would have loved at least a fan in our room. It was a hot and sticky day, and we had to keep the window open for air... Unfortunately the hotel is right on the road and leaving the window open meant lots of traffic noise during the day and in the morning. Other rooms may have fans or AC, or they may be better situated to avoid the noise, so it's possible this wouldn't usually be an issue.

Room are small, especially bathroom...I have never seen a smaller one 🤔. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Breakfast are very good. Amazing view...

there is no fridge or glasses in the room, probably because guests have to buy drinks only at the hotel. I was missing a hairdryer in the bathroom.

EVERYTHING!!!! This hotel was amazing. Cozy and quiet. Unique boutique hotel. The room was simply comfortable and spacious enough for two tall occupants, we opted for a room with an amazing view of the Lago Di Garda. The air and fan were a great convenience. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was so gracious and kind. We definitely plan to return to this hotel again.

The owner was very friendly and helpful! The accommodation was absolutely beautiful in the mountains above the lake with a fantastic view. The room was clean and big enough for two people. We really enjoyed staying here!

The walls are very thin. You can hear your neighbors in the other room loud and clear. The mattress could have been a little bit harder but that depends on the person
