Amazing place with an interesting history and architecture. This Residence is operated by a big hotel company and has its own reception and the stuff is super friendly. The swimming pool is big and not crowded, great for children. We got very spacious, 2 floors apartment, beds were very comfortable. Very nice service, there is a separate laundry.

Air condition was not sufficient. Although, we asked several times to fix it, still it was too warm in apartment. Location of Residence is not perfect. Walking distance to center or beach is more than 2km which makes it hard to get there during summer time because of hot. Bear in mind, all parking in Lazise are paid 2,5 eur/h. Some hotels have their parking places near to lake, but not Borgo Mondragon.

Almost Everything was just perfect, amazing authentic italian experience, spotlessly clean pool, very clean apartments, garden from heaven, so unique accommodation that we are highly recommending.

The AC is old and not working properly, even if it is working all the time, its not cooling. The mattresses and pillows are not comfortable and not for persons with back problems. There is enough space for more beds, but still there are not, and we had to sleep in the living room, and the bed was not very good for that purpose. There is no balcony, on the second floor, big enough for having coffee and enjoying the view. Still we had very good time, and we are thankful.

Really great place. We booked 3 nights but actually extended it with 2 more nights while we were there because we loved it. Huge apartment, very nice airconditioning, amazing pool and pool area. The grounds on which the property is located is just so beautiful and well kept. It's very close to Lazise, great restaurants and supermarkets.

The double bed was too hard for my taste, but when I told the reception they came with a 'topper' for the bed. It was quite thin so I put a blanket from the bed underneath the sheet too. That helped.

The kitchen needs a bit of renovation. Comfortable beds. Pool capacity is enough for all. Washing machine with detergents available for guests. Each room has a clothes dryer. Rent bike on site.

Rubbish should be taken away more often. Very quickly the container was full. Of course, this may depend on the city, not on the property.

The apartment was very nice and clean and very quite, it is ideal for a relaxing holiday. The parking is available at the property. You can reach Lazise lake side by walk.

It was quite a big appartment with huge living space and two bedrooms. A lot of space. Staff was friendly and accomodating. And parking is also big enough ao no issues with finsong a free spot.

The kitchen was basic at best. No owen and only limited utensils.

Location was nice, easy to find and with huge parking space. Staff was accommodating and responded to well to some minor issues. The third bed was an extendable sofa, so not to comfortable. Overall Living space was huge.

Kitchen could use some tuning up, especially the stove. Perhaps some additional cutlery and pans. The terrace was downstairs.

Peaceful location close to supermarkets and town. Big pool with a lot of sun beds. The kitchen is well equipped. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value.

The apartments are out-dated and dark - not much sun light in there. But, we will come again.

the pool was excellent. the apartments where clean and tidy. the rent of the bikes good arranged. the scheduling of the barbecue place was clear. just uphill a very good restaurant.

we did not have a place to sit outside because we where on the first floor situated (except the by the pool). no balcony. no terras on the premises for guest staying on the first floor. It would be nice to have a terras in the green part with chairs and so on. BY the pool it would be nice to have some more parasols. for cooking the aperture is not equipped what you would expect. just the most necessary thinks available for 6 persons.

The accommodation was very spacious and the pool was great. It's a 20 minute walk to the centre of Lazise, which is great, but it's uphill on the way back which was a bit tougher in 35 degree heat.

The cooking facilities were not great for somewhere that was supposed to be self catering, but we managed.
