Comfortable B&B well located in the old town. We had a large room with a comfortable bed and large windows that opened up and partially overlooked the the Piazza del Duomo. Room has A/C that functioned well. Wifi worked well in the room. Breakfast served on a terrace facing the beautiful facade of the Basilica di Santa Croce. Small but adequate breakfast of mainly sweet goods, yogurt, juice and nice coffee. Host Claudio was friendly and welcoming.

A little erratic in the timing of breakfast but perhaps that is not always the case. Bathroom could use a few more hooks/rails to hang wet towels. Otherwise, all was good.

Location beyond perfect for the break we wanted - a leisurely week in Lecce old town eating great food and drinking red wine. Claudio is a wonderful host - very responsive, kind, and made lovely breakfasts and coffee for us every morning on the balcony with a literally breathtaking view.

Be great if the street pianist outside in the mornings could learn a few more pieces. Pretty wonderful way to wake up, but he does get a tad repetitive. But for Claudio and this B&B - nothing to criticise.

OMG Location Location Location!!! This is a divine 3 room BB in the heart of Lecce literally in front of the Basilica! Our host was so lovely and accommodating and kept in touch during our check in day. We were sadly only here one night and wished we had more. I cannot say highly enough, book this BB if it is available as you will not be disappointed. Definitely a 10/10 property!!

Perfect location in the centre of Lecce with a wonderful view of the Basilica di Santa Croce. It was lovely to have breakfast on the terrace. The bed was very comfortable and the lift was most welcome. Claudio was an extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful host.

It was a bit noisy due to construction work but this was not the fault of the B and B. Could do with hooks for bathroom towels.

The hotel is in a wonderful location with an incredible view from the common balcony where the breakfast is. Our room was with a nice view as well. The hotel is on the second floor but there is an elevator even thought it is an old building. The breakfast was rich enough. The guy from the hotel was very helpful - explain where to park close to the hotel, help us with the orientation in the city.

Location is wonderful. The breakfast terrace was beautiful, overlooking the basilica. Claudio (the host) is super friendly and gave lots of good advice of places to visit.

Bathroom not ensuite, which I knew before going but not that it was the far end of a corridor! It did not ruin our visit though. :)

Location - ideal for sightseeing in Lecce. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Very good value for such a central location.

Breakfast - limited choice, a bit sweet for the British breakfast palate.

The location was amazing. The best breakfast view I’ve ever had. Claudio was a great host and full of useful information on what to see and do in the area.

The evening’s could get noisy at time but it was more than worth it for the location.

Claudio the host was exceptionally helpful and delightful. He served us breakfast every morning on the beautiful terrace overlooking the facade of S.Croce, which was a particularly wonderful experience. I can't imagine anywhere better to experience the baroque masterpieces of Lecce. The room was beautiful with a balcony overlooking a lovely square.

The staff were so warm and welcoming, from lending me an adapter to allowing me to keep my luggage (and my friends) there for hours after I checked out. The room was clean, comfortable and cool (during a summer's heat wave). The location was unbeatable and for the price was really worth it, have already recommended to other friends passing through Lecce.
