The property is centrally located within easy reach of all of the main attractions of this beautiful city. It's a stunning building with so much history and the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and at home. The food is delicious too and served on phenomenally attractive plates that you normally only get at higher class restaurants. The team helped us with parking, luggage, itineraries and just everything - honestly, it's a faultless establishment and is a great base from which to explore further. Thanks for a memorable stay!
Nothing, all really good

This was a real gem. The location of the place is perfect. Just next to Basilica di Santa Croce, and 50 meters form Piazza Sant'Oronzo. It is in the very historical Building in the old Palazio. It is perfectly renovated inside, but with the remains of the old historical artefacts, specifically preserved under the glass floor presented with lights. All windows which were very highly placed on the high walls were easy manageable through automatic electronic tasters. Francesco was a perfect host, that provides you the feeling that you are staying at some friend's villa for the weekend. I felt like at home.

Stayed in the synagogue room, very spacious, tall ceilings, two rooms, one with a single bed, another with a queen - super clean, cool design & in the heart of the city. Walking distance to so much, really central and great location, couldn't have asked for more.
Floors are super cool and see through to show original aged stone below. But that means the door to get in and out gets stuck every time and you have to really push hard and pull hard to close the door. Not a hugely bad thing in the grand scheme of a great place to stay. Just annoying.

Amazing location right in the Historic centre! Very beautiful conversion with thought to detail. We only had one night in Lecce which was a shame as we also had to leave early for the airport so missed out on breakfast which after eating lunch in their restaurant the day before was a shame as I’m sure it would have been a treat!
Nothing other than some guests may find the location a bit noisy as you do get people walking past your door at night (but they do even provide ear plugs! 😁) We did not use and slept fine..,

Lecce is better when you stay at this hotel, and I'm not exaggerating. The best hotel I stayed in the Puglia region, because the room is really really beautiful inside a historical building and everything is new and comfortable. The bed is perfect, the bathroom has everything you need, is clean with great shower. The location is centric, right next to the main places to visit. Just open your door and you see Santa Croce church! Francesco gave me an earlier check-in that helped a lot during the hot summer days and he helped me a lot with all the information I needed, like restaurants tips and bus schedules for the beaches around. I was really well received here. The price is more than fair for the accommodations. I will definitely come back.
Everything was perfect.

incredible property in the heart of historic Lecce. the place is owned by a family of taste-makers with incredible style and who are very welcoming and friendly. the design of our room was amazing with modern finishes and beautiful antiques giving the place a warm feeling. the manager, Francesco, welcomed us with recommendations on places to see and restaurants, bars, plus wonderful beaches to visit nearby. the breakfast is delicious—one of the best omelette I have even had. the restaurant has delicious food and takes care to keep the local traditions alive. the boutique is amazing with so many beautiful clothes, accessories and home decor. everything in the hotel is for sale—all the gorgeous antiques! it’s a very special place and I feel incredibly lucky that we stayed there. i hope we will come back soon.
nothing. everything is amazing.

Lecce was the beginning and end point of a walking holiday. A delightful town. Having stayed in the town on our first night we strolled around and looked for somewhere central, convenient and atmospheric for when we returned. Vico dei Bolognese fitted that bill perfectly.Basically a collection of rooms off a courtyard attached to a bustling bistro. Our room (Sinagoga), consisted of two pillared rooms & modern en suite bathroom. It was large, cool, beautifully converted, stylish and impeccably clean. This is a family run business & the young man who dealt with us could not have been more helpful - spoke good English, texted us lists of restaurants, sights etc.,arranged a taxi & unsolicited helped with our luggage. We are in our 70’s & his generous and enthusiastic help enabled us to make the most of our stay. We ate breakfast at a table in the small pedestrian street outside the Bistro as it was convenient & a great spot to people watch but there are plenty of alternatives close by.
Unknown to us ,our stay coincided with the annual open courtyards weekend which was fascinating but meant that Lecce was packed throughout the day and evening. Our room was off a courtyard, and backed onto a quietish pedestrian street but there was some noise in the early hours. No idea if this is usually the case - however we wanted atmosphere & got it.

This hotel was everything I hoped it would be and more. Situated in the most beautiful part of Lecce, with doors and windows opening up onto the most beautiful historical buildings and landmarks - it is really quite extraordinary. I had a “wow” moment every morning when I left my room to go for breakfast. The rooms are extremely spacious with stunning period/historical features and very contemporary furnishings. Very comfortable and well air-conditioned in the heat. I loved sitting in the lane way for breakfast, people watching and soaking up the surroundings. The breakfast was spectacular. Francesco and his family are the most welcoming and accomodating hosts - and respond instantly to any communications. I really recommend this as the place to stay in Lecce old town! Francesco will also give you great recommendations for how to have a great time in Lecce.
Honestly it’s fantastic. I cannot think of anything.

We had a beautiful two night stay in a standard room. The room was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. They provide great local suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants. Breakfast was included and was really nice. Location was perfect, right in the heart but yet the rooms were extremely quiet at night. No parking, but not to far to park in the local parking lot €20 per day.

From the moment we arrived, Francesco was so welcoming - he met us on the street to take us to the covered parking, helped us with our bags and have a quick rundown/tour of what Lecce had to offer. Right away, you can feel Francesco’s passion for hosting and it makes the experience all the better. the room itself is perfect - great location, clean and well equipped. Francesco was always available and would answer any question we had right away. He provided attractions lists, restaurants and beaches. If you have any questions, he’s excited to share! Do not hesitate to book this place - if it’s available, you’ll have a hard time beating this place.
