We had a wonderful four night stay at Chez Moi in Lecce. It is perfectly located on a quiet street within a three minute stroll to Porta San Biagio,one of the three historical entrance gates to the ancient city. Our spacious high ceiling apartment was beautifully decorated to match this period building as were the outer lobby rooms. The room was meticulously cleaned every day and it was a pleasure to come back to every evening to relax. Our fridge was replenished each day with water,milk, juice, and yoghurt for breakfast. Cereal and fruit was provided also. Your fresh warm croissants are outside the door each morning. Air conditioning was perfect, the large bed extremely comfortable. Manuela is a terrific host and was always on hand to promptly answer any queries we had. She was extremely helpful with advice on transport and restaurants, she even gave us advice for restaurants in Ostuni, our following destination!! We would have no hesitation recommending this accommodation!

A magical palazzo where the welcome was exceptional. The owners have lovingly restored this house and the interiors reflect the age of the property and you will feel like you have stepped back in time which we adored. Huge ceilings and impressive salon rooms make your stay so special. We wanted to stay longer and it was one of the highlights of our trip and complemented our visit to Lecce , a city that is a baroque treasure. We really appreciated the local recommendation for restaurants and cafés in the city. Parking is a short distance from the B&B and costs €6 per day. We cannot thank Manuela and her Mum enough for making us feel so welcome.

The property was absolutely beautiful, clean and extremely well maintained. The Property Owners are fantastic people who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The attention to detail and the overall atmosphere and hospitality were amazing and we will always remember this!! The location is fantastic and I will be recommending this B&B to all my friends and family.

We loved everything!

Rooms were like a stately home, spotlessly clean, beautifully presented with all the creature comforts of home. Breakfast was exceptional with cereals, fruit, yogurt, juices, fresh croissants and any further requests were accommodated. Air conditioning was extremely efficient. The ensuite shower was powerful with lashings of hot water. The location was perfect, only a few minutes walk to the historic centre. Manuela & Egle were amazing hosts, they helped with planning days out, arranged concerts for us & a taxi back to the airport. In fact nothing was too much trouble. We had the most perfect two week holiday

Nothing, we loved everything.

Lovely, helpful owner who greets you at the property. She provides a map and useful information to get you started. Large well equipped room. Large bathroom. Breakfast is in your room with a little table and chairs, a Nespresso machine, fresh croissants and a fridge which she replenishes daily with water, juice, yoghurt, milk . There are areas in the home outside of your room you can sit and relax as this is a large home/apartment. I didn’t see any other guests the whole time I was there.

There are 4 keys to access the place - so if it’s your first time to Europe and you are not used to the multi door set up to access an apartment, it can be a bit confusing. But owner is very responsive to any texts etc to help you out.

This is an amazing property, only a couple of minutes walk to the historic centre. With traditional furnishings, this is an elegant property with high ceilings and nice features. The bedroom is huge with a table and chairs for breakfast, plenty of storage and a large bathroom. There is a large lobby and communal lounge area outside the bedroom. There is a large staircase from the courtyard to the property on the first floor. We stayed in the Cherry room. The host is kind and helpful. She provided us with lots of information during our stay. The room has a fridge full of refreshments with a breakfast of fresh warm pastries delivered every morning. The refreshments were also replenished every day. We loved every minute of our time in Chez Moi.

Everything! From the incredibly warm and helpful greeting to the sad goodbye ! Manuela our beautiful host and her dear mama could not have done more to make our stay more luxurious right down to the smallest detail..they were always trying. The room and apartment were extremely luxurious and so close to the gate to the old town with so many amenities nearby too.

Absolutely nothing it was truly brilliant

Extremely well equipped baroque furnished apartment with a full galley style kitchen, very large living room, dining/kitchen and three balconies! They had floor to ceiling screens on the balcony doors so no mosquitoes when the doors were open! Amazing. Everything in the kitchen worked as it should. The owner/proprietors Manuela and Egle were beyond nice! They made us feel at home and were able to bring us cooking equipment or additional breakfast items we requested. Beds were comfortable, AC worked very well and TV had cable stations as well as Netflix. WiFi worked well in living room. The arched nearly 15 foot high ceilings were very interesting architecture and the painted wall 10 feet overhead, and with that height you do have almost echoes in the rooms. If you only speak to each other while you are in the same room there is no problem!

Europeans will probably not have this issue however, for us Americans, because we are not accustomed to the way older instant water heaters function, the hot water temperature in the shower fluctuates too much. The water temperature gets colder and then hotter as the small reservoir tank that is in the heater is emptied before the gas burner kicks in to heat the incoming and still very cool, water. If you understand that temperature cycling will happen it makes it less stressful because if you try adjusting the temperature up or down too quickly it makes the fluctuation in temperature even more severe and can be frustrating.

We enjoyed our stay in Chez Moi B&B tremendously. Manuela and her mum were wonderful and kind hosts. The accommodation is in one of those stunning apartment buildings that they do so well in Italy, with high-ceilinged rooms flowing into each other, elegant furniture and period detailing. It is perfectly located on the edge of Lecce historic centre. Every day we were provided with delicious fresh croissants and fruits and the room was fitted with a coffee machine and fridge, stocked with yoghurts, water and juice. We couldn't recommend this place more for your stay in Lecce.

Very cosy apartment and even though it’s located next to the historical central, the surroundings are quiet at night. Authentic interior and furniture. Host was very friendly and helpful. Very nice that every morning they bring fresh croissants for breakfast. Big recommendation!
