very central location in a beautiful old building contact with host was nice and easy / also the check-in / great advices regarding parking place definitely a great deal for the price for me as a solo traveller and booking at the last moment it was great

the mattress was a bit hard/old and the street was pretty loud, given the central location (+ my room was on the first floor) however from midnight-1am the street was quiet again and I could sleep well (but i booked on a weekday) shower is very tiny, old, and the water stream is very weak. Nonetheless, i was travelling solo and given the price/the location/the friendly and uncomplicated contact with host , the room has completely fulfilled my expectations. If I travel again alone i will book again there.

Beautiful room with balcony and private bath. Large room, outlets on either side of huge bed. White linens, duvet cover, full mirror, table & 2 chairs. Coffee and tea in common area. Bottled water in fridge. Key access. Location was optimal! Right in the walled old town. Julian was super helpful! Even pointed me in the direction of a mailbox etc so I could ship 10lbs of excess luggage back to the states...really lightened my carry-on load

Communal fridge, no safe place to store leftovers or breakfast items. Would have been nice to have one in room.

The room is located in an antique Palazzo styled building, very nicely renovated. Very central, we walked everywhere. Our room was great, very spacious, high ceilings, beautiful antique decoration, we had everything we needed. The building has a nice rooftop terrace. The communication with Julian was also great, very friendly and approachable, we used WhatsApp

It can be a bit noisy at night, as people stop and talk in the street, and also early morning, as the city wakes up very early :) but nothing you can’t handle

Everything was perfect. Easy check-in and check-out, accomodating staff, spacious and clean room fitted with everything we needed for our stay (fridge, tv, espresso machine, cot, etc.). The hotel is only 10 minutes away from the train station and right in the historical center; perfect location. It is worth mentioning that a member of the staff contacted us after we checked out to inform us we have left a piece of clothing behind. Kudos to the staff for that!

The location was awesome, right in the historical center of Lecce! Beautiful building with old vibes and great furniture and a breathtaking terrace with views into the city. The hosts were very helpful and ready to answer every question on WhatsApp, at any moment. The room was fully equipped, including all the necessities, even shampoo and shower gel. The price is totally value for money and I could easily see myself staying there again in the future!

The only staff I met in person were the cleaning ladies, who were friendly, warm, and ready to help me, but sadly didn't know much English. I wish I could be able to meet the hosts in the reception office or something, but I guess they are super busy already :). The room was overall clean and tidy but could be improved in the details. For example, there was heavy rain on the night I arrived so it didn't contribute to the experience, as drops of water leaked from the window seal and the portable radiator didn't work. The rooms are not soundproof and there were some awkward moments with my ... noisy neighbors.

After a few bad experiences during this current journey, this stay was a dream. First, the check-in was easily made prior to arriving, via WhatsApp. Once in Lecce, everything was ready, and access was done as soon as I stepped in. Location couldn't be better. Comfortable, everything you may need just stepping out, and right in the Old Town. Spatious place, high ceilings. Couldn't be cleaner, and generous with the coffee charges. Also, I was allowed to keep the bags inside for a couple of hours after check-out time. Thank you very much! I'd love to be back in Lecce - and I would love to stay here again!

I liked everything, just to say a "but": if you shower, at night, beware of the use of warm water if you're more than one. For a moment, I ran out of it but maybe it's a thing of the building. But even then, it wasn't freezing cold. And, the morning after, I didn't even have this "issue" :)

I booked this room last minute for a one night stay in Lecce. The check in was handled online, and went smoothly. I was upgraded to a luxury suite and it was very comfortable, in a perfect location. Directions from the train station to the suite were excellent. I would stay there again.

The only negative-the bed pillows. Everything else was fine.

Our room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The roof terrace was lovely. Julian was responsive and helpful.

We left our bags in the property until the time of our train but the housekeeper had removed the key we had been instructed to use. This caused a bit of a delay and stress but was resolved quickly. This is the only negative comment we have.

Reasonable price, located in the old city. Bottle of water and coffee are complimentary from b&b in common kitchen. Hosts were always available on whatsapp if we had any queries.

No elevator, so it is difficult to go upstairs with a heavy luggage. Online check in is not convenient if guests do not have internet access, since without online check in and paid city tax you won't be able to get entrance code.

Lovely and spacious room with beautiful painted ceilings and two balconies towards the charming old town. Owner was well organized and the description of where to park and how to check in worked out perfectly.

Everything was nice, if I had to find something that wasn't perfect, it was the noise outside, with a few bars around the place but it wasn't too bad.
