Great hotel. Front desk (Viola/Incoronata/Chiara) were very pleasant and very helpful. They were never too busy to help. Il bagnino, Dian was always available and accommodating. The property was on the beach. The food was excellent. The rooms were clean every day and fridge was always stocked with water. Air conditioning worked well. Location was excellent.

The only negativity would be the parking. The spots were limited on the property. However they did have parking off-site a few hundred meters away. We were lucky to get a spot on the property. But there is no need to use your car during your stay.

The hotel was lovely we had a Direct sea view beautiful.The staff were very helpful and friendly The only ine thing we was dissapointed with was the breakfast We dudnt expect a cooked breakfast everyday but the choices was inly scrambled egg and bacon. It would have been nice to have maybe some hot beans or cooked tomatoes and fried egg for a change. There was a good selection of cakes croissants etc but this wasn't for us. Regardless of this we enjoyed our staff at the hotel 🏨

The breakfast

The location of hotel is marveous. The staff is nice, very-very helpful! The parking and the sunbeds are free! The rooms are clean and there is good-working air conditioner. The bed is very comfortable!

We reserved 2 rooms and both bathroom was very tiny! You can't use the toilet as intended: you need to sit on it from the side. The shower cabin is narrow and you need to climb over the toilet bowl to get into the cabin.

The position of the hotel ( in front of the beach and in the middle of central Via Bafile) is perfect, the staff is friendly and helpful,, the breakfast is fresh and tasty and the rooms are clean and cozy. We aldo appreciated the free parking arrangement, very handy!

The bathrooms are really small.( but I guess will depebd on the room' type)

Excellent position close to the beach. Our room at the front of the hotel had a large private patio in front with sun loungers facing the sea.

It's not too well soundproofed, meaning that noises of knocking, slamming doors, furniture moving and hydraulics can be disturbing, especially around breakfast time or during wet weather.

Very close to the sea. In the morning you can enjoy breakfast with a beautiful view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is clean. The breakfast is rich, but not rich enough for my taste in vegetables (only tomatoes, cucumbers and carrots are served)

the rooms are too small for 3 adults. per triple room, 2 sun beds and an umbrella are provided. the 3rd person gets a chair, not very comfortable.

We booked for 3 nights prior to our cruise. we were the only English people staying there. the staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful. the food was extremely good. We had originally booked bed and breakfast but we also had dinner every night as it was very tasty and a great choice. We had room 502 on the top floor with a side sea view. We did try to get a room at the front with a full sea view but there were none available. we had a large room and shower room and a large balcony, there was a massive wardrobe so loads of storage.

there is only one small lift so sometimes you had to wait.

It was overall a nice stay. The good: perfect location on the beachfront, the sea temperature and beach infrastructure, hotel stuff are nice, good coffee for breakfast, cleanliness

Needs improvement: hotel rooms are not soundproof, the pillows are too small and flat, the shower cabin and faucet require renovation, the breakfast had not enough options.

We had a front room. The view was spectacular from our balcony. The pool was fantastic and beach was great!

A little dated but it was quaint.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, especially Alberto on reception who went the extra mile for us. Michelangelo in the hotel bar was a pleasure to chat to and we enjoyed our evenings there.
