The hotel facilities, staff, food, service were excellent, and the bonus was we got a free room upgrade The soa facilities are on a par with luxury spas and well-needed after a long day on the slopes. The hotel even offered a free bus service to the various ski slopes. Can't fault it.

Beautiful location, modern facilities but still very comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, they really made you feel at home and the food was plentiful and delicious. The spa was fantastic, such a treat at theme of a long day skiing. One of our favourite ever hotels because it felt luxurious but homely.

Spa was great, breakfast was very nice also. Overall lovely hotel, great stay. Ski lockers were heated and a free ski shuttle although we would just walk to the motolino each morning.

Only one socket in the bedroom would take European adapter plugs, all others only took native European plugs

The staff was very nice,, they were very eager to help in any way, They really wanted to make ur stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible .The room was clean, comfortable, quiet with an excellent view. The pool/spa section was clean and relaxing, the staff also is 5⭐️

We liked everything, spa is very clean, big and amazing, rooms were nice, food is delicious and it is only few minutes walking from the Mottolino.

The hotel was newly renovated so the facilities were all beautiful, clean and ready to use. Enjoyed the afternoon snack / apero after skiing. Delicious meals, the creme brulee is to die for :-)

We would appreciate more traditional foods and less trying to do "haute cuisine" which wasn't always successful, but in general the food was great.

First night our room had water pipe noise. They worked on fixing it and gave us a new quiet room.

Perfect hotel for family vacation. We have stay 7 days, and for all our additional request they (hotel staff) answer positive with smile. Spa center with pool (outhdoor and indoor) and sauna was clean... food was perfect... at the end without any remarks and negative impresion
