Family-friendly, smallish and intimate hotel. Everything is brand new and the very best quality. ALL the staff are excellent (especially Maurizio): they make you feel very welcome and are very friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally spacious and luxurious, the beds were very comfortable. We had no noise nuisance from elsewhere whatsoever. Beautiful views & surroundings, calm & tranquil setting. Food and wellness facilities were great. The best hotel-stay we've ever had!!!

The blue bus line (that services this hotel's area) was a big disappointment... mainly due to its infrequency & unreliability (most times only every second scheduled blue bus arrived, and once passengers were stranded on route on the outskirts of town for about 20 minutes waiting for a change of driver...). BUT at least the hotel IS within walking distance of the ski slopes, and an enjoyable walk it is too.

The hotel itself was a very well kept and clean hotel. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the food and cofee was delicious. The staff were all very friendly and amazing and they were very patient. The spa area was very relaxing and clean. Our overall experience was amazing I we will surely book again if we visit Livigno again! Highly highly recommended

Breakfast was good and the room was fantastic. The real standout for this stay was the spa area. Great area with hot tub, steam room and sauna. Provided robes and slippers too! The only down side is the spa is only open 2:30-7. I would come back for the spa!!

Everything! The staff were so friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful hotel with amazing views of the alps. The spa and restaurant were a bonus. Also loved sitting by the fireplace in the evenings.

The pillos could be more comfortable. A bit far away.The buss system of Livigno has a lot to improove, but this is by all means not related to the hotel.

The hotel was really clean and comfortable, the staff were very polite and friendly. We went in the ski season and we were really amazed because they have a ski room where you can leave you ski equipment to dry over night, in the morning you could wear your boots warm. The food was delicious, we had a demi pension booking. At dinner you could choose from the menu ( that is different every day) what you pleased, they had only 2 options for appetizer, main course and dessert from which to choose.

Excellent and friendly service by the staff. Rich breakfast. Nice spa. Comfortable bed, large bathroom. Every thing was perfect. We enjoyed our stay, and will recommend this nice hotel.
