The hotel location and staff are jut wonderful. Breakfast exceeded our expectations and also the sushi restaurant at night! They upgraded our room as they had availability and we were very comfortable and enjoyed our little balcony (and the shower- we could stay in it for hours). Staff was super helpful and helped us find some attractions and restaurants in the area a- they made this trip great for us.

NOTHING- everything was perfect

Luxury room was really luxury. It was near to the slopes. We finished our skiing at the door of the ski room. Staff was friendly and smiling. Rooms were clean and beautiful. We loved it there and we will come back

Not enough light in the rooms. I had to use my phone light to choose from my clothes in the closet. But this was really the biggest issue (and I had to think hard to find something), so anyone can assume, that the place was perfect

The junior suite is an exciting room on the top floor. It even has a small private sauna for cold days. Breakfast is excellent and the staff is very helpful.

Everything! A positive vibe can be felt troughout the whole hotel, everything is as it should be or even better. All the staff are nice and there to help you. Very good music selection at the bar/breakfast area. Nicely decorated rooms. Electric heater radiator in the bathroom that actually works. Good bike room. Try their restaurant, delicious sushi selection.

It's a very good location in the middle of town with easy access to walk everywhere Easy check-in and no fuss. On arrival everything was prepared and the staff knew whom we were and all was settled Attentive waiter at breakfast in the morning. he made sure, that we got the best experience.

the restaurant is a sushi restaurant,their italian restaurant only has 6 neu items. as a person with a seafood and fish allergy, I am challenged. The room had no ventilation, respectively the ventilation/airconditioning was turned off/not working. Open the window, you get the street noise. not very comfortable night The TV did not work, kept complaining to talk to Skynet. the shower had a nasty 20 minutes post dripping concert which really did not help falling asleep.
