Located just 3 mins from Lubriano by car, L' antico molino totally exceeded our expectations. It's not a usual agriturismo facility. The host, Ginerva, will make you feel like home while at the same time gives you a first hand experience of italian hospitality. And the views! Totally worth it for people that want to experience something different than a regular hotel stay, and drinking their morning coffee with breathtaking views of the mountains.

Hidden treasure. We are a very shy couple, used to stay in Hotels... WE WERE SO CHARMED. Ginevra has an amazing house that she decorated with style and good taste. She will tell you the story of her house and it's worth it ! It's all very clean with everything you need. In our room, that is underground (and so beautiful!!!) You can't get wifi but there's a cute living room with sofas where you feel like home and can use internet. The kitchen is SO cool and Ginevra asks you what you want for breakfast and can cook you eggs and all ! There are also the usual, croissants, cereals, bread, butter, yoghurt, chocolate spread... And jam, but homade by her !!!!!! Also fruits, nuts, biscuits... Everything !!! And the view, omg, we arrived by night... When we went out the next morning, I was speechless. Ginevra drinks her coffee outside every morning, I definitely understand why. The road to arrive is actually not that difficult, there's a tiny bit that is damaged but when you've done it once, it's okay and worth it. I was afraid at first cause I hadn't been driving for 2 years... But Ginevra took care of us that first night, she booked a restaurant in Lubriano for us and DROVE US THERE at 8pm and then came back to bring us home. Amazing ! Amazing woman. The kind of person that makes you want to have faith and hope again in humanity (I'm not even exaggerating as these are tough times !). Thank you again.

Excellent free breakfast. Check in and check out times can be arranged with the host. Very quiet location, with good view. The room was evidently carved inside the rock. Services available were way more than expected. Location near Bagnoregio, Orvieto, Bomarzo. Mobile signal and wifi are available in the lobby and in the garden.
