Friendly staff, charming antique decor, comfortable hotel rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds. Excellent shower. Good location. Not too far from the city, and right next door to a Lidl. Great value for money.

Our room had a dodgy electrical socket where the TV was plugged into. Made a static noise from time to time. We managed to stop it by nudging it, but it didn't feel too safe to mess with it.

Marino and Giovanni were most welcoming, friendly and always on hand to help. Very convenient for exploring Luca and a 15 minute walk to the station for trains to Pisa and Florence. The hotel has a very nice terrace at the back to enjoy the sun. Good value breakfast. Great to be able to park at the back of the hotel in it’s own car park

Charming old school hotel with kind and attentive owners on the premises. Quiet, good air-conditioning, lift and reception areas are traditional and classic in style. Parking secure and easy to find.

A little dated and basic for some but the rooms are well maintained and very clean.

Although it is only 2 stars hotel, the experience of staying there is surprisingly pleasing. Comfortable bed, air conditioning and quiet - this is best description of the room. Breakfast is rich as for the price of 5€. Localisation is perfect. Free parking in the backyard. Very friendly staff, English speaking. Lots of antiques, cosy terrace make the hotel a very cosy one.

Some refresh could be done in the room, but everything is working and it is clean.

Hotel is close Old Town and on the track of Via Francigena. The staff is very polite and helpful. There is a bar where you can order drinks. Breakfast was good. Family run hotel, cosy and great atmoshpere.

Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, we had a very short visit but couldn’t recommend it more. Would definitely stay again! Short walk to the walled city, wasn’t an issue that we weren’t within the walls at all

The location was great.very close to the gate to old town,10 minutes by foot.the staf was very friendly.you felt like family.the room was comfortable and clean.everything was great.the parking of the hotel was free

Very cozy hotel operated by the owners directly. Very friendly,helpful and welcoming . The location was convenient as it was five minutes walking from the city wall and seven minutes from the train station. The hotel Parking was free of charge.

lovely little hotel with character and fantastic owners who were super helpful and kind. car park behind, super pasticceria very close by, and only 10 minute walk to the Centre. comfortable rooms, hot shower and super quiet at night for a good nights sleep. highly recommend!
