This is a 3 star hotel and in this category it is excellent, in my opinion. Its simple, clean, perfectly located in Luino, 2 mins walk from the bus and train station. The bed was comfortable, the room was medium sized, very clean also in style (which I love), very good for a solo traveler. What really stood out in Hotel Internazionale was the staff - very friendly and accommodating - and the breakfast! For a 3 start hotel I was impressed: lots of fresh fruits (amazing watermelon), pastries, real eggs and the best part, really good coffee from a proper Italian coffee machine, che meraviglia!! I highly recommend this hotel!

Firstly the hotel had reserved a car parking space for us, which was an excellent start. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was a reasonable size, comfortable and clean. There was a good selection for breakfast

Generally this was a good hotel but no facilities to make a drink in the room and, at times, it could be a little noisy

Very friendly and helpful staff even quite late in the evening/night! Good breakfast with many different options included to create your own favourite breakfast, includes fresh coffee. Good start of each day. Free parking, also very close to a train station in Luino.

Hotel does not look like much from the outside and inside, it's is basic, but clean and sufficient/practical. Photos from the hotel here provide a decent representation of the hotel and rooms. Beds were quite hard, not comfortable. Airco unit was not working in our room, some nights were warm and we had difficulty cooling the room. Also you have one simple chair, but it's not really comfortable, would be nice to have a couch or chair to lounge, because the beds are also not comfortable.

The hotel I a great location But rooms with no views , but actually all the day you are out Breakfast was very good , The staff in breakfast room were amazing Thank you for every one We asked for freind eggs said only scrambled and boiled But is ok Reception staff very helpful specially Nezar owner was great and helpful

Breakfast was top, and personal was super friendly. Rooms clean and nice. Parking space.

The use of parfums in the hotel was too much. The corridors smelled terrible, we prefer no smell and open windows instead of these artificial odours. The smell was even in the room, too much is just too much. Reduce it please, it will improve instead of worsening.

Love the family atmosphere. The staff were extremely supportive, friendly, helpful, lots of restaurants and coffee shops . Station ideally situated across the road .

I would have liked to be able to make my own tea and coffee without having to go down to the kitchen . Outdoor area needs revamping.

Had the best (unplanned) stay here. The location is perfect, in the city centre and right behind the train station. The rooms are clean and spacious with all the facilities you would need. The breakfast is great as well. But the absolute best is the staff. My car needed to be fixed and there was a lot of hassle with the dealer and my lease company. The staff helped me out tremendously with anything I could think of; staying extra nights, storing my luggage and even phoning the dealership for me and helping to translate. They made me feel so welcomed and helped me out a ton. They have made my stay and I could not speak more highly of them. Each and everyone working there made me feel at home and I am so thankful for everything that they have done

I didn’t expect soundproof rooms; but I shouldn’t be jumping off the bed when the adjacent room door was being opened! Btw, that in spite of very gentle people staying at the hotel.

Cleanliness, helpful staff, very good range of breakfast. My air con was good and it was close to the town and railway station.

There is nothing to grumble about. I felt it was a good all-around hotel.
