The hotel was perfect and everything was so relaxing. It is a small boutique type place and what a fantastic location. The staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble and the little touches like putting your bed down to sleep and a chocolate on your pillow ! The pool was so clean and relaxing and the guy who looked after it and the pool bar was so accommodating Staff at breakfast where always available and really appreciated your custom If you are looking for a romantic stay on the Amalfi coast this is the one 👍🏻😊😎

Really hard to find anything. The only caution I would give is that the hotel sits high up and has a staircase then a cable lift plus two more flights of stairs .

The view from the hotel was so beautiful and comfort of bed wonderful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the balcony was the most picturesque and relaxing. The pool to cool off fantastic and the option to have use of chairs on the beach and towels. Having a wonderful restaurant is a high light.

This place is so wonderful but totally unapproachable for anyone with mobility issues. There are so many stairs it is a pity that there is no way to get to your room without many many stairs. The pool is so wonderful but the hours of use are too short 10-7 in the hot days, the place could provide better service for those outdoors enjoying the wonderful hotel.

The hotel location is fantastic, The view from the infinity edge pool is wonderful, The hotel is older but well maintained. The breakfast selection was great and included the choice of some hot options

The funicular railway to get from the parking lot to the hotel was inoperable (mentioned in other reviews) for the whole of our stay. You then have to climb almost 300 steps to get to the reception area. They will bring up your cases but it would be an issue if you have any mobility issues. They do not even offer a drink or credit for the inconvenience.

Breathtaking views, outstanding dining, wonderful service. Maiori is absolutely the best location on the Amalfi coast. A hidden gem. And, this is your castle on the cliff with views like no other! The charm of the village sounds, the shadows and lighting shifts over the cliffs all day long, the smells of botanical blooms and the sound of gentle waves lapping the shore can be heard from your balcony and your bed! Enjoy breakfast overlooking the water and dinner overlooking Minori. Great location, excellent staff, reasonable prices, wonderful food!

Our suite was so charming with a cute loft area for our college-aged kids and an amazing view. We were only there two nights as we were traveling the coast, but the air conditioning never worked in our unit. We made it, but were very warm at times.

One of the nicest hotels we ever stayed in. We got an offer to upgrade to a suite when booking our trip on booking.com and we couldn’t have been happier, the room was beautiful but the views from the balcony were even better. We got champagne and a dessert sent to our room shortly after check in to celebrate our honeymoon and also got to use the on site spa which was needed after a day trip on the boat. We loved everything about our stay.

A lovely welcome both from the receptionist and then the manager sat with us and helped plan our stay. This was so important and helped us make the most of our 4 days. His knowledge and enthusiasm for the area was fantastic. He guided us in places to visit, transport etc and checked with us that we’d enjoyed these trips. A tour around the fabulous botanical gardens with cacti was really appreciated ( this garden was an unexpected treat - relaxing to wander around a few times and very interesting spread over 4 terraces). Breakfast was lovely with huge choice, welcoming service and unbeatable views

It was all perfect! Be mindful to take good comfortable footwear so that you can enjoy it all!

Forgot some clothes and they couldn't send it over quickly to Capri or Naples Should be a higher wall between the different rooms terraces

stunning location, comfortable and clean well equipped rooms, lovely guest spaces a choice of dinning areas and beautiful mature gardens, general manager Dominic was friendly and gave great advice to us about sightseeing.

The waitstaff at dinner were disorganized. They were distracted by 2 tables and forgot to attend to us and neighbouring tables -guests were visibly upset. For example after our starter we were offered dessert! Perhaps it was teething issues at the start of the season or maybe they were a man down that night but we felt ignored. The food is expensive (except the pizzas) and the location is so pretty they could demand a 5 star price but the service has to be improved.

The hotel is beautiful, in a great location, the breakfast was lovely and the pizza from the terrace was delicious. The pool was beautiful.

The hotel could be updated a bit as it doesn’t appear as a 5 star hotel, it is a bit outdated in parts of the property. I expected the service to be a bit better than what we experienced as it is a 5 star hotel also.
