The location and most importantly Lisa and her team are kind, happy and hospitable. We had an amazing time and would definitely return if life allows. I am gluten free and there was a good range for breakfast. We arrived by train from Pisa Airport which was easy and literally a 5 minute walk to the hotel. We took a bus to the beach in Fiumetto, which was spectacular. Many thanks to all including Catia, Maurozio, Alexandra, lLithoana and more - apologies if I have spelt names wrong!

The staff there was very accommodating.It was a wonderful and comfortable stay.I would go back to that hotel again. My only one concern was the Room 38. Getting up all those stairs to there? You just have to be younger lol 😆 other than that, everything was wonderful.

Nothing I did not like I cannot say anything negative about the staff or the hotel?

Beautiful and romantic hotel. Rooms are old stylish, but very clean, bathroom is lately renovated and new. Price versus hotel quality is great. Service is personal and great. Breakfast was amazing, especially if you love home made cakes. Variety of cakes is amazing. Hotel is directly in the city center surrounded by great shops and restaurants.

The Hotel was perfectly situated, central but not noisy. The staff were so attentive especially Katia who was so friendly and helpful. We had an early departure and they provided hot toasties and water for our journey which was so sweet. Great room, beautifully decorated with A/C. To be recommended.

Kettle and tea service in room - but we are British 😂.

Very pretty little town and very nice staff

I had a great time at Hotel Palagi and enjoyed every minute of my stay. With a beautiful view over the main square by the city entrance, the location is great and has a very home-comfy feel to it. I was pleasantly surprised by the rooftop terrace which I didn't expect but ended up spending several hours just enjoying the view and weather.

I don't really have anything to complain on as you get more than what you pay for.

Perfect location just a few mins walk from train station. All staff exceptionally nice and helpful. Quiet beautiful town with fantastic sculptures and lovely restaurants. Bathroom stylish and well equipped. Chilled out and relaxing. Great roof terrace and outside courtyard for breakfast.

Unfortunately I was running late and when I checked in I was given a key for a nearby parking lot. As luck would have it there were no designated parking spots left for Hotel Palagi so I parked my car nearby. I told them when I came back to the reception. They told me I had to go back and repack them car, and insisted there were more spaces. This made me really late for my dinner but honestly- most hotels have valet parking- this would hv been such a relief- but no such luck. Maurizio picked up the slack and was Uber accommodating and this made up for the short sightedness of the other staff.

Very nice hotel with interesting areas outside in the fresh air - terraces on different levels including one on the roof and a very nice area for having breakfast outdoors in a courtyard. Our room was very nice - everything seemed very new and the bathroom was really fantastic - as you would find in a very expensinve hotel. Staff were super helpful and it was a good spot - a very short walk from the railway station and then a very short walk into the old town. Would definitely stay there again if we come back to Pietrasanta.

That it is centrally located. Right in the heart of the city close to the train station which makes it easy access to getting around and enjoying other cities plus the one that you’re staying in.
