Incredible view of the sea and mountainside. Location great for walking to all the sites. Free secure onsite parking. Great balcony with a table and chairs. Our triple room had a door separating the two sleeping areas for privacy. The sheets were perfect.

The spa was closed for no apparent reason even though the website indicated it would be open. The lobby and our room smelled like people had been smoking in them. There was an ashtray on the balcony and there were no "no smoking" signs anywhere.

Staff was so friendly and accomodating for our large family (two rooms for 6 people) even though we arrived late and hungry. The front manager spoke great English, walked us to our rooms and explained things to us. Breakfast was much fancier and more than we expected (compared to the usual free hotel breakfast in North America). Rooms and hotel were very clean. Free parking was appreciated. Incredible views from our room and breakfast room.

Really wish we could have spent more time here but our schedule didn't allow for it!

Very old style hotel with beautiful common areas. Abundant buffet breakfast (bread, tomatoes, loads of cake, croissants, eggs bacon etc) Very close to the village centre and very close to restaurants Staying here gives you access to a private beach at villagio turístico baía del Monaco, as well as an umbrella and chairs The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful

All in all we liked everything. It would be nice that they actually had a usable shuttle service to the beach, given that the one they offer runs at 7 45 and comes back at 13 00

Our receptionist young girl, unfortunately we don't know her name, was really extremly friendly. We had amazing view on the Manfredonia coastline from our suite room. Hotel is easily reachable with car and with perfect location for visiting underground church of Saint Michel.

Maybe we expected bit better breakfast in 4* hotel, but we know already that in Italy this is the less important meal. Some refreshments of the hotel, especially of the restaurant area could be in order.

The hotel is right next to the historic old town. The room was big and the terrace was good with fantastic view. The beach is great. Ok one has to drive half an hour down from the hill, but it is fun, especially if one likes hairpin curves.

None of the waiters speak any languages but Italian. They don't even try to make themselves understand. Luckily one of the guests realized that we did not learn Italian in the last 5 minutes and the waiter did not learn English, German , Russian and Hungarian ( these are the languages we speak) during this time and translated that the waiter did not like that the two of us sat down to have breakfast to the only free table that was one for six person. Meanwhile a smaller table got free and we had to sit there. It wasn't a problem, but in a 4 star hotel it is very surprising that the waiter is almost shouting at you.I understand that he tried to explain us the problem but...🤣🤪

Great location! Cute town with lots of restaurants within walking distance and of course the beautiful Church. The agreement they have with a resort close to the beach is very convenient. We drove down the hill (~20min) and spent the day enjoying this private beach club.

The hotel needs an uplift since the rooms and overall look is quite dated. Room could use thicker towels and a softer comforter.

Just 300 m from the castle and old town,church and cave of saint Michele archangel. Wonderful seawiew of golf of Manfredonia. Hotel has own beach with free parking and umbrellas cca 20 minute driving. It's interesting difference of temperature in hotel and the beach was 7 C

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The terrace was generously sized with a view of the bay and hotel pool. Breakfast service was traditional buffet style with OK selection. Ample parking however it's confusing to find the first time. There was a short walk downhill into the town and the castello.

Wifi didn't work for several hours and the reception staff showed no interest in assisting/investigating. Planter box on the terrace was dead. Dinner options in the town felt quite limited - we learned the hard way the bookings were beneficial especially on the weekend.

Lovely helpfull service. Special thanks for Leon. Great staff. Beautifull place with incredible history. Also same beautiful view from window. Swimming pool outside, spa etc... Restaurant serve a so nice food. Miami... I recommended for everyone.

To short time.. We reflect thats next time. 😀

The courtesy of the employees and the view are amazing. The hotel is close to the sanctuary , but away from the city center

The restaurant work only with reservation for a fixed menu. And although the breakfest is very good , the way they serve the coffee takes time.
