Great location directly at Piazza Cairoli (walking-distance to piazza Duomo in 15'), breakfast in a closeby bar, very good wifi and functional room (in our room the bathroom would need maintenance e.g.broken shower door). Luggage storage for late-checkout.

They have two buildings we stayed in the second (not main). The description said that we'd find a fully equipped kitchen. Unfortunately, once we started cooking we realized that we had to buy some basics (e.g. plates, knives). There was no dining table either. If you plan to cook, check first if everything you need is actually available.

The room is clean and just like the pictures, there's a kitchen with a coffee machine and all utensils needed for cooking anything by yourself or just to make a cup of coffee or tea, it is in the center square so everything around you by a few steps and it's safe, the breakfast they offer was good.

Maybe the dimmed lights, there should be a brighter light for the main room because the sun doesn't go through the window

The breakfast was served in the restaurant next door and the service there wasn’t good. They spoke very difficult italian, and didn’t explained what was included. Had to request for them to provide breakfast even when the corresponding ticket was already given.

Breakfast was fine. Staff was excellent. Room was spotless. Location fabulous.

I was by the front door to the B&B which was noisy. However, the patrons did not stay out too late, so it was fine.

Cinematic location amongst and within stucco fronted period terraces over looking the main square , with a small private balcony We missed our ferry to Calabria and our hosts provided a close by apartment at very short notice for the same price for the extra day , which saved us a lot of stress and hassle , could not recommend highly enough

10 min walk to train station. Easy access to restaurants /caffes/bars. Owner met us upon arrival . Kitchen for guests to use -fridge stocked with h20. Very quiet despite restaurant /bar below

Everything was great! One of the best accommodation ever. The host was very friendly and helpful. The new furniture in the room, conditioner and bar with fresh drinks, everything was very clean. The breakfast was in a café near accommodation. Of course, I recommend B&B Cairoli to everyone who happens to be Messina.
