It's the perfect hostel. Of particular note is the exceptional staff that go out of their way to answer questions, resolve concerns, and be helpful and supportive. The location is ideal, a block from the Venice Mestre train station, from which trains run every 15 minutes to Venice-St Lucia and the canals.

My only suggestions would be curtains for the beds and instructions at the room's air conditioning unit.

The hostel was clean and the staff was the loveliest. Andrea gave us the warmest welcome and was the friendliest. The beds were comfortable and the location is unbeatable, just around the train station.

I wouldn't hold this against the hostel as I'm pretty sure it was a one time thing, but the events in the bar were cancelled the only night we stayed due to a private party and we couldn't use the kitchen, laundry and shared toilets in the evening.

VERY large hostel. (8 floors). All the bells and whistles. Self-laundry, bar, kitchen (too small and well used), fast elevator bank, lots of common space, large outdoor patio. Your own light and socket of every bed with a small privacy wall at your head. Comfortable mattress and very good quality sheets! Large drawer lockers under bunks. 24-hour front desk.

The dorm layout was terrible! The bathroom is literally IN the dorm room. I mean NO door from sinks area etc. No barrier from lights and noise.

Very nice and big hostel. There is a big lobby/lounge zone on the 1st floor, kitchen, lots of place to seat, machines with snacks, zone for those who needs to work, luggage store, laundry room and a nice seating zone outside in the backyard. The room has a modern design, air-conditioning, separate toilet and showers and a sinks. Breakfast is completely worth the price and tasty. Location is amazing. Station and bus stop are just around the corner. So it's easy to navigate whether to Venice (10 min train) or another city by bus/train

- As a plus can become minus, the fact that showers and sinks are in the room, it can add additional noise and less comfortable sleeping. Especially if some guests are coming at late night and start to use them, turning on the light and so on. - It's a pity that beds doesn't have a curtains - again when someone turn on the lights a night you might awake, and less privacy.

Prime location, very close to the train station that goes to Venice. The rooms were clean, and I had no issues with the roommates—everyone was quiet and respected sleep hours. The locker is very spacious—it fit my carry-on suitcase and backpack comfortably. I recommend bringing a padlock In the evening, we went down to the bar, which had a very friendly staff preparing drinks and snack options. The breakfast was very complete, with bacon, eggs, juices, cheese options, and croissants. If you prefer not to pay for breakfast, you can use their kitchen to prepare your own. There is also a nice grocery store just a few minutes from the hostel

It would be nice to have curtains on the beds for more privacy. The bathroom area needs more hooks for hanging clothes The breakfast area was quite crowded at times. There seemed to be no control over who could access the area. We noticed some people using it just to chat or even eating the hostel breakfast without paying.

The best Hostel I have ever been to!!! Only positive vibes, everything is for the guests-super comfortable stay! Very close to bus stop and railway to Venice, there’s also a bus stop to the airport not far away. The staff is very helpful, you can find all the info with them. The dorm was super - beds, facilities - everything is well thought through. They have a great breakfast buffet which I recommend to buy at check in (1 euro cheaper than after) - it is very nourishing with eggs, drinks, fruits, meet and cheese slices and worth trying if you eat early. Kitchen and laundry are small but in place, extra toilets. You can enjoy different activities in the evening-they engage the guests into karaoke, games and have parties there. There is a computer corner and relaxing area as well. You can leave you luggage before or after check out in the boxes of different sizes with your padlock. Just top Hostel)))

Perhaps tiny kitchen but it is great they have one anyways.

Super close to the train station! Very easy to navigate anywhere from there. Early breakfast hours available for early travellers. Staff was helpful and felt safe inside the accommodation.

No where to get dressed outside of showers in the mixed dorm rooms. So you had to keep everything inside the shower with you. 2nd lamp and plug at bed also didn't work.

I liked the interior design of the hostel which makes it look cozy- lots of colourful details, swings outside and inside, many stickers everywhere (especially in elevators). The staff was very friendly and helped with all the questions. Hostel has very cool areas to chill and a bar to have a drink. Moreover, its really nice that they organise different events everyday. Even though the parties could have some different genres of music, its still nice that they bring something :)

The sheets were a bit smelly, even though they were clean and the hairdryer in the room didnt work. Also the public kitchen could be more equipped with the dishes and cutlery.

Perfect location right next to the train station so a great starting point to explore Venice. The room was clean and spacious, with small light and sockets for each bed, well equipped shared kitchen although considering how big the hostel is, it could be bigger and with more seating. Nice and helpful staff.

Would appreciate more storage space/hooks in the showers to put your products/clothes etc. Also the storage boxes under the beds make a lot of noise due to the chain. One night the fire alarm went off at 2am, not pleasant (but probably not the hostels fault). Was a bit afraid that the place would be noisy considering the everyday DJ parties but it was fine (I did stay on the 7th floor though)

The location was very convenient: less than 5 minutes from Mestre Station (this is where the buses and airport shuttle stop as well) and just a 10-minute train ride to the centre of Venice. The room was exceptional: very modern, trendy, and private. There was a separate toilet, two showers, and sinks inside the room. Everything was clean and new. The kitchen was clean, bright, and easy to use. The common spaces were terrific and comfortable. The price is really good! Please don't raise the price and drop the quality!
