That place was Awesome like a proper hotel! Actually thought it was a hotel and I´d gone to the wrong address, had to ask at the reception to confirm i was at the right place and it was a hostel(lol). liked everything! good spacious reception, kids area, kitchen, pool table, music playing, bar, that place was alive and nice!
for a hostel, that place was way above standard I´ve seen so far, only thing I´ll say can be improved is giving the guest, bedsheet at the reception for them to dress the bed themself, that was weird for me, every other place I´ve stayed there´s staff for that, the bed is already dressed and made nice before you arrive. that should be done there too,

I was amazed by the functionality and simple design, I liked it. The moment which made me think to become a guest of your net in other european spots was when the person whom I invited to join me in this trip made me a problem, and a girl at the reception Anastasiia offered a supersatisfying and diplomatic decision thus I understood that I am a respected and willing guest. She also assisted me in printing my travel papers and was very professional and polite. Thank you guys for such a great conception, service and dedicated team who assists in each detail. It is very seldom when I recommend. Good job👌
Maybe the shower cabin could be without black spots - the only thing I could advise to make better

Perfect location. The hotel kindly oferred me a luggage room before check-in and after check-out. They have security on the first floor. The big lobby where I could work. I will come back. The personnel was very friendly.
I was not happy with the kitchen. Just one kettle for a huge number of guests. I don't cook but I noticed that there were just a few spoons and forks, A few people were complaining that somebody was stealing their food from the fridge. My food was intact but I highly recommend the hotel management install the fake camera. Even if it is a toy camera, it will reduce theft by up to 80 %. The sheet was strange. I was trying to put it on the mattress for 10 minutes. It's like a cover for the mattress but very tight.

The location was excellent. We took a no 12 bus from the airport all the way to the bus station in Mestre, it was a 5 min walk from there. It cost €10 each. (Taxis are €35). Check in was quick too. Hostel was ideal for us. The room was clean with a private bathroom and tv. We were there Wednesday till Saturday. Bins emptied each day. Extra towels left. We'd made our beds and didn't expect them changed for such a short stay. There is a large indoor seating area and outside seating for socialising and eating. Guest kitchen and laundry. Don't know what they were like as we didn't use them. Karaoke on Wednesday and live band on Fridays. The noise didn't carry to 7th floor and we had a quiet night every night. (Looking at previous reviews, I guess it depends on the guests who are staying) We bought an unlimited use waterbus pass for 48 hours (€35 each), used it on Thurs to get round the Grand Canal, Friday to visit Murano and Burano and then on Saturday to get back to the airport. We could have used it to get to Saint Lucia each day as well but to be honest, we liked the train. The train station is next to the bus station. Trains to Venezia Saint Lucia run about every 10 minutes if not more. €1.45 each way. Trains are clean and well used. If you're going to Burano, go early! Catch your waterbus to Murano and get round to the Faro stop as quick as possible. The queue was long at 11.30 when we waited and was even longer at 3.30 when we got back. It's easier to look round Murano secondly. We originally tried for a booking.com on Saint Lucia but after seeing the alleys and house numbering system, were very pleased we didn’t hear back from them. A&O hostel was much, much easier to travel to and from.

Overall very good value for price. Central located near the train station in Mestre and easy to reach Venice (Pzl. Roma via bus). The bus station is right outside the hostel. Just take the stairs up and you will catch the bus in the right direction to Venice. The hostel can be reached via bus (from Marco Polo Airport) or via train and air shuttle when travelling from Treviso Airport. All major attractions can be reached easily and Mestre is a good starting point for day trips to Padova, Verona, Milano and other cities in the region. Spacious bathroom with provided bath & shower gel. Big bed, however the bed pillows were very uncomfortable. The room has a small seating area. If you close the window it is rather quite, otherwise you will hear the street noice. It is very nice that one could sit and eat downstairs and outsides. The reception area with the bar is quite inviting and they made even pizza which smelled delicious when entering the hostel. Very helpful and friendly staff. It is great that there is a 24/7 h reception and one can store their luggage for free when arriving earlier or before departing. We come here every time we are in Venice, and always had a rather pleasant experience.
The cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved (hair on the bed, especially in the corners). There was a strange smell coming from the drain. I understand that for environmental reasons the room will only be cleaned per request. However, then the big cleaning before the guests come could be better; in former days the rooms were exceptional clean. Moreover, it would be nice to receive 2 towels per guest like in former times and some more cloth hangers would be appreciated.

Not far from the airport and easy to get to the Venice canals via one bus. The hotel were understaffed at the front desk but the staff worked hard to serve us in friendly manner.
I didn’t appreciate that only one bed was made up in the room while sheets and towels weren’t there for the other two beds for my children. One of us had to go down to get the linen. Not nice when it was late and we were tired. Secondly, Booking.com did not offer the option to pay for breakfast to be included. It was inconvenient to have to go downstairs to line up and pay for the breakfast tokens in the morning.

Breakfast costs 10 euros, a little expensive, but there are eggs, cheeses, sausages, vegetables and pancakes. At the bar you can order pizza or other food, coffee and alcohol throughout the day. There are cafes and a supermarket nearby. The hostel itself is nice and very big inside.
Cleanliness 4 points. The pillows are very large and uncomfortable. There are no sheets on the bed, just a thin mattress cover that probably never gets changed. They don't do any cleaning, they just take out the trash.

We loved the location - very close to the rail station, so in 15 minutes, you can be at Venice Santa Lucia. Also, there are two lovely pizzerias within 2 minutes of walk and an Interspar. The staff was friendly and ready to help. The room is nice and has everything you need. There might be some scratches on the furniture and walls, they are not brand new, but it was not a problem for us. Breakfast was good too - nice selection, especially lots of local charcuterie, and pancakes made right there by a machine.
Might be a bit crowded in the lobby and elevators. We lived on the 2nd floor so we could manage without the elevator.

This hostel exceeded my expectations, cause I thought that it would be noisy because of the solo enthusiastic travelers. However, there was good noise isolation in the room. Probably it was because all the Twin rooms were placed on the same floor and there was no dorms nearby. The room was clean, which made me happy already. What else does the traveler need? Clean room, comfy beds (except pillows), hot shower, and good wifi connection.
There was a bit of noise coming from the AC of the other rooms I guess, however not fatal. If you are tired enough, you'll fall asleep immediately.

The hostel is definitely one of best that I have ever been, it has a very nice vibe, reception, bar and food 24/7, I really appreciate the pizza and Proseco from the bar. Very nice rooms, very clean, very comfortable, safe and the location is just amazing very close to Venezia Mestre (just 1,45 euros by train to Venezia Santa Lucia). Very well located if you also want to explore the area. Around the hostel has many other fancy hotels, supermarket, pizzeria (Pizzeria Da Michele, just amazing!) etc. I would definitely come back! Amazing Hostel! :)
I missed a few more activities to make people talk and get to know each other, it helps people that travel alone, such as I was doing. The luggage room could be controlled by the staff, I would feel safer this way, but they also have the option of a paid locker (which is very lovely). However, important to mention that overall it was absolutely fantastic! Amazing Hostel!
