Excellent and modern aparthotel in a key-spot location of Mestre, just a few steps away from the RR station. The small kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom modern and renovated, and the mattress ensures that your sleep will be comfortable.

Although it's not Staycity's problem, the first night, at about 19.00 and just a few meters away from the hotel entrance, we were eyewitnesses to a bag stolen from 2 tourists who were walking. WE had no problem, but we suggest you to be careful with your eyes open. Otherwise, everything was great!

The room was exactly like the pictures. The kitchenette had pots and pans as well as a cooker, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher..... It had everything! Bathroom had a lovely big shower. There was a full size hairdryer with diffuser attachment, which I've never seen before in a hotel so was very impressed. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. All the staff we spoke to were very helpful and friendly and they could even keep our luggage after check out for free. It's very close to the train station so perfect for going to Venice or day trips elsewhere. Also there is a large supermarket 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Couldn't recommend it enough. Amazing value for money.

We chose this hotel for it's proximity to the train station which of course means there is some noise from the trains. The windows do a good job of dulling the sound but if you're a light sleeper perhaps you might want to bring earplugs. Personally, I slept very well and it didn't bother me at all.

Its located very close to the train station. Room was spacious, bed comfortable, room was warm, clean and had a little compact kitchenette

The microwave did not work, although we were on the 9th floor the train could be heard, did not bother us that much. What was annoying was you have to make your own sofa bed (was written on the info card to be fair but we ddint know). There is also no phone to reception you need to scan a qr code to whatsapp them but they didnt always respond, for example we asked for someone to come check the microwave as we wanted to warm up food but no one replied.

We had an excellent stay! The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean, and the bathroom was spotless. Both the kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the train station, making it easy to reach Venice in just 10 minutes. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite, and they provided a baby cot and high chair, which was a huge help since we were traveling with children. We were also able to check in early for 2 of the 3 rooms we booked, which was very convenient. If I return to Venice, I would definitely stay here again!

The room was quite spacious and looked very nice. The bed was absolutely amazing.

I struggled with the shower a bit as it was too weak and I couldn't adjust it's position properly (it kept turning to the wall), but my husband said it was fine for him, so I possibly just didn't know how to adjust it myself. I also didn't like that the room didn't have a phone to contact the front desk and no water bottles in the mini bar. Had to go back downstairs to get water from the vending machine after having arrived by the end of the day feeling exhausted from walking the whole day. Would have been nice to know about that during check-in so I would have bought it before going to the room.

Across the road from bus and train into Venice, very convenient going every few minutes. Quiet area to escape the madness of Venice Staff were very friendly and gave us lots of options and details regarding transport, restaurants etc. Good facilities to make coffee/tea, store and cook food.

Bathroom could have been cleaner, toothpaste marks on the counter and shower gel bottles left half empty. Asked for a double bed which the hotel said would be provided but it was two singles pushed together and dressed separately. No bar in the hotel but good atmosphere in the hotel across the road which has a bar and music if needed.

Located just 5 mins away from the Mestre train station and 2 mins away from the bus stop, it was a very convenient hotel that allowed us a peace of mind when it came to amenities, accessibility and comfort. Beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was open from 7-11am and had a strong selection, and Olessa, our check-in staff was very helpful and even upgraded one of our rooms so our entire family could stay on the same floor. She also helped us fix the toilet seat and gave us shower gel when we ran out.

Toilet seat was lose but that was fixed easily.

I have stayed here multiple times now. Very convenient to train station, flixbus stop, airport bus. I arrived by flixbus around 22:30 at night and safely walked alone to this hotel. Check in was fast and friendly. They have really upgraded their breakfast buffet offering since last time i was here - greatly appreciated! Loved the fresh pancake machine. Always high quality rooms with mini kitchen. A later than usual standard check out too!

Toilet was very close to the wall/paper - may be a problem for some.

Good location closer to the main railway station. Apartment was clean. The staff checked in was friendly.

Not enough vessels for cooking. They have stove and a microwave, but no glass bowl ( there was one which was not fitting inside microwave) also only a small pan which can be used for boiling anything. This defeat the purpose of having a cooking facility and staying in an apartment. I went to reception to request for glass bowl for microwave or a vessel for stove the new lady at the reception denied both. It was very disappointing as it was late and we had no option to get food. There was no water bottle either or not even a place to buy near by. The whole they had was a wanting machine with small bottles which was not helping me.

It was all about location here. We were not able to get a hotel we liked in Venice itself so we booked this place because it was a short walk to the train station. The staff at the desk were excellent, especially the man who welcomed us, I don't remember his name but he had a white beard.

A few light fixtures in the room did not work. That is all really. The walk to the supermarket that is close by could do with some more lighting, but the hotel can't really help that.
