A perfect accommodation for few days to visit Venice. With bus/tram stop 1 min away of hotel to and from Venice/Mestre. Reading the other reviews, I don't know if it was just my luck or random chance. But.. the space was perfect for what I needed. A warm shower, cleanliness, restful bed. I can't really praise the pillows, otherwise, many greetings to the room service. I had clean towels every day. Also, the front desk staff was very friendly and communicative. The location was nice, close to the bus stop, quiet neighborhood. The room was quiet as well, there was a bath in the bathroom and fridge was working as well. Breakfast was good overall, provided with toasts, ham, cheese, croissants, juices, cakes, yoghurt.

You can see the hotel is not of the newest ones, furniture may be a little bit older than you expected. Also, in the morning we found out that the thermostat was not working during the night so we woke up freezing a little bit, but I think that can be solved quickly if necessary.

The hotel is close-by to restaurants and shops, which is great if you're looking to avoid the crowds in Venice itself (which is a 20-30min bus journey away from the hotel, yet the bus can be caught so very close to this hotel, which is great). Our room in the hotel was good, with a nice sized bathroom, and, breakfast in the morning was always plentiful.

The biggest shock was that, upon arrival, we were asked to pay a city-tax for each night of our stay, which wasn't included in the booking.com price, nor had we seen it mentioned anywhere...so, just be prepared for this upon arrival at the hotel. And, once inside the room, the walls were quite thin, as we could hear people in the adjoining room.

The room was clean and the cleaning was every day. The air-conditioning works properly. The free parking is just near the hotel. Also, you could find restaurant, shop and bus station near the hotel. The kettle was new. I was in the room with an old mattress but just during this period, the mattresses on the floor were changed. I think that the next residents will be lucky on the new mattress. The hotel is doing everything in their power to make quality better.

Wi Fi connection was not strong. Some elements in the room needs to be updated.

We had a one-night stay in this hotel before continuing our road trip. The staff is friendly and helpful! Location is perfect, Bus and Tram station are just in front of the Hotel. We enjoyed tea in the nice weather in the garden of the hotel. It was great to take a night walk near the hotel.

Since the room is very small, movement is a bit limited.

I like that they were well informed about everything that was happening around them and they did not have any problem when I said that I would be later than midnight The second stay was also staff friendly; you could ask them anything, and they were happy to help.

I appreciated that there was a kettle in the room and that the neighbourhood was very quite in the night. The tram/bus stop right in front of the hotel is very convenient. Also, recommend the GiGi restaurant across the street. Lastly, there was a very nice local market on Saturday nearby, which was a very nice surprise.

There was no shelf in the shower to put a shower gel etc on. Bed mattresses were a bit too soft for our taste.

The room was clean, the hotel is very close to the bus/tram station and to a nice restaurant, the staff was nice. If you are not planning to stay around the hotel much, just to sleep, it is a good option.

Not the hotel's fault, but there is no supermarket near the hotel.

Nothing fancy but excellent for a short trip to Venice, spacious and free parking, the parking is closed and the car stays safe, very friendly staff, small but super clean room, the air conditioning works very well.

The mattress is very used, all the springs feel very uncomfortable, I suggest new mattresses.
