Close to the tube station. Apartment was nice and well equipped. I slept really well.

I did not liked to be asked paying additional cleaning fee that was not stated at the time of reservation, which I mentioned to the receptionist and she quickly changed her mind and said I didn't have to pay it. However it left a bad taste in my mouth. If hotel wants to charge additional fees they should clearly mention that on the website.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the metro. The area also has a great supermarket nearby and several good restaurants. We particularly enjoyed a meal at Maruzella Zara, where we had delicious Italian food at a very reasonable price. The apartment had everything we needed and was super comfortable for the four of us. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the staff was incredibly helpful. We needed a late check-in, and they made sure we could access the property after hours.

We loved everything, but I believe the experience could be improved with a few small adjustments: It would be great to have a full-length mirror or at least another mirror outside the bathroom. Since we were four people, we had to wait to use the mirror. Regarding the bathroom, adding a shelf or support for shampoo inside the shower would be very practical, and a few more hooks around the sink for face towels would be helpful. As for the kitchen, the only thing missing was a coffee maker.

A large apartment with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms plus another sofa bed in the large living dining area. There were 2 balconys and being on the 6th floor we had a good skyline view. The metro was a 5 minute walk away and a short ride into Central Milan. We were able to leave our luggage early so could head into Milan for the afternoon as we were only staying the night before flying back home from Milan Malpensa Airport which was easy to travel to in the morning. A short metro ride of around 20 minutes to Milan centrale train station and then a 50 minute ride to the airport on the Malpensa express which goes regularly from dedicated platforms 1-3 at the train station.

There are very busy roads surrounding the hotel so there is obvious noise from these, much the same for anywhere close to the centre.

It was great place to stay for few days , with great space. And alot of fascilities , we liked the kitchen that we could have proper breakfast. fridge was very useful. Very close to the Istria Metro station and Bus station to Milano Centrale. The staff was helpful with late check in and allowed me to do checkin although there was no one in the reception when I’ve arrived

The only drawback is because it is on the main street you can hear outside noise but I think It is negligible compared to the all other Good points.

A large clean room, and superb communication in advance of my stay as reception / check-in is only open during 9am-6pm and I was arriving later and checking out earlier. Parking on street locally is easy, finding where to pay for it almost impossible. To help others, turn left as you walk out of the hotel, take the next left and there is a pay machine just before you get to the roundabout. :)

Wider check-in / check out times would be helpful, but I think that the number of rooms is small and so that is not practical.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had two sinks which we found helpful. Bed mattresses were good. Location close to metro line. 2 subways trains to get to centre of Milan. One subway to central station or a 30 minute walk. They gave us an early check in and allowed us to leave our bags after check out.

Not much in the area around the apartment. There was a supermarket and a small tavola fredda cafe around the corner to get a well priced coffee and croissant though. We liked that. But it t is further than you’d like to everything else by foot. Be careful for pickpockets as you ride the subway! We learned the hard way! The sofa bed mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. Street noise can be heard at night which prevented some of us from sleeping. Some coffee and tea would have been appreciated and was expected.

Our apartment was so big! We travelled as a family of 5 and this was the biggest place we stayed in Italy. We weren’t constantly having to make way for each other. The bedroom was great, we were given a double bed, a single and a sofa bed. The beds were so comfortable but the sofa bed really wasn’t. The kitchen was just big enough for our needs and we liked the view from both the bedroom and living area. The balcony was huge too. If we’d had more time I’m sure we would have enjoyed a meal or two out there. The bathroom was huge and we loved having two sinks. Made getting everyone ready so much quicker. Oh and there’s so much storage in the apartment. We’d definitely choose to use this place again and base ourselves here to explore the towns nearby next time. Although the location is far out from central Milan, we walked home from dinner at midnight with four small children and felt completely safe.

A microwave in the kitchen would be handy to warm up baby food and leftovers from meals out. Having to check in by 6pm was a bit concerning. I think this needs to be better highlighted before booking. We weren’t comfortable sending our passport and home details via WhatsApp but thankfully we arrived on time. I did appreciate how communicative the hotel was, they messaged and called to let us know. We had a minor issue after check in as we couldn’t turn on the AC, it seemed to be locked at a certain temperature which was too warm for us. But we had to live with it since there was no one at reception.

The location was super for what we needed it to be which was to get to the San Siro stadium for The Eras Tour concert. Same subway line and with the station being a 2 minute walk, it was great. The studio was clean and comfortable for one night. The reception guy was super polite and helpful

The air-conditioning went off at night and there was not any hot water which was uncomfortable for us as we had to sleep with windows open to get some fresh air. In the morning we were told that there was a general problem for the whole building and they fixed it as we were leaving.

It was a good 3 star property, not brand new but absolutely clean amd felt secure in the building and room.. We didn't have high expectations of this property but it was an overnight stay and pleasantly surprised. The reception staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. Fresh clean sheets and air-conditioning was nice and cold. We also had a small balcony facing the back of the apartmentns which were a nice addition. Lots of nice cost effective restaurants around.

There was nothing. It's a good 3 star hotel great for a stopover.

A little outside central Milan but with a choice of frequent public transport options. The surrounding area is residential with shops, cafes and restaurants which are high quality and reasonably priced - used by the locals. The apartment is just as described and a comfortable base from which to explore Milan and the surrounding area.The air conditioning and WiFi both worked well. I would certainly stay here again.

I would have liked a pod coffee machine in the apartment, but there is a very good vending machine in reception, and of course superb cafes just a few minutes walk away. There was a bit of "roll together" with the sofa bed, but we were only using that to give our teenager some privacy in the main bedroom. The main beds were very comfy.
