Cosy and very pleasant atmosphere. A lot of nice vintage details. For a few days I lived like a true local in Milan. The suggestions recieved from Domitilla for food and museums were great, and I recommned everyone to follow that from A to Z :). In the morning you have good breakfast served in nice living room. During the day you can have cookies, filtered water, juice, tea, coffe and jam. Domitilla is always ready to help and to give proper advice. Overall, this is great option instead of a hotel and I would definitely recommend it in order to see Milan not just like "commercial/fast food" tourist :).

CasaTitta offered a delightful stay, benefiting from its convenient metro proximity that made getting around effortless. The atmosphere was cozy, complemented by a friendly host. My only minor suggestion would be an alternative entry method to the building, as relying solely on my phone posed battery challenges due to capturing photos and videos. Leaving that aside, the accommodation was clean and welcoming. Though it may be considered compact by some standards, it's a fantastic choice for solo travelers or couples exploring Milan. Moreover, if you're arriving by car and in need of secure parking, this option could be the perfect fit. A heartfelt thank you for the warm hospitality!

A way to access the building and/or place it self was solely based on mobile phone, it would be nice to have other options as well, but we do understand that this is how it's built.

The property is located very conveniently close to the Metro station and only 3 stops from Milano Centrale. The flat is very spacious, clean and comfortable with excellent bathroom and kitchen facilities. Big windows make it very light and the heating and hot water work perfectly. The host was very good with communication and kept in touch with me before and during travelling. When we arrived, she was very friendly and gave us plenty of information about the area, we regularly shopped in the nearest supermarket and visited some of the local bars and restaurants. We can't really fault the property, it was ideal for our four-night stay and we would gladly go back again.

Like I said, there was nothing faulty with the property, sometimes I struggled a little bit with the entrance door to the flat area but I quickly learnt how to use the app on my mobile, which was very handy.

We liked this Casa titta very much, mainly because of the host Domitilla, she makes the most beautiful breakfast for us. She helped us every moment. We really couldn't take the venice trip without her help. 💔 I personally recommend everyone to come and enjoy Milan stay. Very neat and clean. When we came back from Venice, she made our dinner soups ready for us !!! I will never forget that. Also, the Al 19 restaurant was superb !!! Domitilla recommended it to us. It was a very nice surprise for us as we didn't check thoroughly at first and thought it would be more of a hotel. But instead it appeared to be a real casa with nice nice Italian experience. The room ws clean and it was very quiet inside. The breakfast was joint with other visitors but Domittilla was finding time to speak to everyone and help them discover Milan better. The place is located close to a metro station Maciachini on M3 so you can get to the railroad station and Duomo in 10-15 min. My fiance was having her birthday during our stay and the host presented us with a bottle of a nice shampane despite us staying there for only a couple of days.

Beautiful, tastefully decorated rooms with all the amenities you could wish for, generous breakfast provided every morning, friendly and helpful staff who make everything so easy. Very reasonably priced. Close to supermarket and public transport, a little way out of the central city but as close as one could wish for the price, and there are many good transport options. The host-suggested walk to the Piazza is about an hour if you're taking in the sights, and it provides a great snapshot of the many sides of Milan. Grazie mille!

I didn't catch the name of the lady who checked us in, however she was extremely helpful and friendly. She provided us with a wide range of restaurant recommendations and informed us on exactly how to use the metro (which is located just down the road) to get into the center of Milan. The hotel was very clean and well presented with lots of room.

The area around the hotel does feel unsafe at night, however this has nothing to do with the quality of the stay.

Very good location, just a 3 min ride to the metro line 3 (yellow line). Good restaurants for pizza and pasta and a good pub within 5 minutes of walking. You can be to the Milano Central Station within 10 mins with the metro or 25 mins walking and to the Milan Center (Duomo) within 20 mins with the metro. Very good and fresh, homemade breakfast by the host herself with great variety. Room entrance has a sink, a cooler, a water filtering machine and coffee / tea maker along with biscuits and other snacks.

This is an amazingly well-kept property, super clean, with very friendly and accommodating staff. A home away from home. I stayed in a single room with an en suite bathroom and a small balcony; ideal for a few nights' stay. Breakfast is served in a spacious kitchen/dining/living area with a decent continental selection. The coffee was particularly good. Complimentary coffee/tea, and biscuits are served in the hall throughout the day.

The door code procedure is not ideal and a bit difficult to handle, but the owner/staff was quick with assisting even at a late hour. The property is an old apartment, making overhearing noise from the hallway and technical installations (bathrooms) part of the experience. So if you are looking for absolute silence, this might not be the best bet.

Our stay at Casa titta was great! We arrived with a late night flight and the host had prepared everything we needed when we arrived, even some breakfast stuff even if breakfast was not included in our price. We felt super welcomed😊 Facilities were good and we had everything we could need. The host was available on whatsapp, which made communication easy. The location is a bit offside, but super close to metro and trams so it was fine! The value we got for our money was great and I would happily recommend Casa Titta for anyone!
