Great location - walkable to the centre, and to the San SIro, but also close to metro and tram links. Good restaurant and very nice wine bar nearby, Staff very friendly and helpful, room spotlessly clean. Nice firm bed (we liked it, but maybe too firm if you like a soft bed) and facilities as expected - it would have been nice to have coffee/tea-making equipment but was not expecting that to be provided.

Room was very warm (too warm at night) but we just turned down the radiator so not a big problem. There was a bit of noise from the road on the first night we stayed there, but the next three nights were fine.

The hotel is decent and clean, and the rooms are just as in the pictures. Regular housekeeping - bringing in new towels and throwing garbage. We didn't really spend a lot of time at the hotel throughout the day, but while we were there it was quiet and we had really good night sleep; when it comes to the mattress and the pillows - they are a bit harder than usual but not uncomfortable, however, this is very personal and everyone has their own prefrences. The staff is awesome, Marco and the rest of the team - thank you for your hospitality! The neighbourhood is very much Italian style, very quite&safe, clean, lots of trees&greenery, lots of shops&bars - just wonderful, you'll love it! The Wagner metro station is 10min away walking distance, and you'll need just as much time to get to the city center and all tourist attractions which is great, however, keep in mind that the metro in Milan operates until 12:30pm so you'll have to use taxi later in the night since it's not doable to get back on foot. Also, fyi the hotel keeps the front door locked over the night and you'll have to call the receptionist to open the door for you which was a bit weird, but at the same time it was comforting to know that you're super safe (even though the neighbourhood is safe as mentioned!) 🤣

The toilet flush - I believe the pipes are badly placed and there's nothing they can do about it so you can hear whenever someone flushes the toilet as it is coming from your room.

The staff were amazingly nice, attentive, and kind, and I got a free espresso in the morning. Got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. Has a luxurious atmosphere with a great scent in the rooms and reception. The rooms were heated up and very nice and warm during the beautiful Christmas season.

I could briefly hear people going up and down the stairs sometimes and in the neighbouring room. The light in the corridor was on all night, and I had a little brief light shining through the door No big issues

Good location, an easy walk from Wagner metro, and surprisingly quiet. Very nice staff - I arrived early & got to check in at midday as my room was ready. Comfortable bed. Good sized ensuite.

The wardrobe takes up space that could be used for a mini-bar/coffee machine. A couple of hooks would be enough to hang a jacket, jeans etc. And the little desk is a bit useless as you can’t put your bag on it. There’s not much soundproofing so the noise from next door’s bathroom was a bit of a surprise.

The room was fresh and clean. The room was extended to a big one for free on the reception. Also, it was provided to us earlier. The hotel is located near the metro station so you can easily get to Duomo and Gallery to see the sightseeing. On the reception you will get a map with all details about how/what need to see in Milan first. The personal of the hotel is very polite and responsive.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s only a walking distance from the metro station to get to the city center. The room was very clean.

The neighbors were very noisy. Also you get a shock every time someone flushes the toilet next door since it’s extremely loud.

1. Service. Lenara/ George/Marco very nice people. I got a room upgrade for the same price. Me and my daughter were offered welcome drinks. On the next morning i was treated with cup of nice coffee. If you need iron- you can ask. if you need some more service or information they will help. All of them speak English and understand Ukrainians and their pain about war and try to be useful. They let me live my things after check out at 11.00 (my train was in the evening) 2. Room. Clean, not small, with conditioner, comfortable bed and bathroom,hair dryer, everything is working. Soap and shower gel in special tubes, not disposable. All you need- you have there (for this price its cool). No kettle,teas, cups or glasses. But you can ask if you need. 3. Location. For us was ok. 40-50 min walk to the Duomo Cathedral among beautiful shops/ cafes/ pharmacy/supermarkets/ historic places and buildings ( go near Santa Maria della Grazia with its Da Vinci’s Last Supper and Leonardo’s Vineyard). If you don’t like to walk, the underground is near -Wagner, some stations and you are near Duomo/ the tram 16 is near. If you nead to get from Central Milano Train station- you need to take green line, go to Cadorno some stops, change line to red and go some stops to Wagner ( red line, direction Bisceglie). Near the hotel Macdonalds and a lot bars and cafes ( in the hotel no breakfast, but you can ask for drinks).

1. notice, that this hotel is located on the busy street, so sounds of cars/ garbage trucks and people you can hear. For me it was ok.

Excellent location, great access to trams buses and metro. Very close to a number of restaurants and bars with great food and drinks selection. Very clean rooms. Really helpful and friendly staff

I forgot to ask for the name of the staff member! We must know him for sure, that's how friendly and kind he is. He even greeted us in Japanese. We arrived an hour earlier than check-in time and he graciously accepted us and upgraded us to a room level. Good room for a short stay. Thank you:)

Hair dryer does not work

Everything was slightly better than we expected. The size of the room was great. All the receptionists were friendly and helpful :). Recommend it for everyone for a short stay
