We stayed only for a day as a stopover. The room was overall clean. The air-conditioner was functioning properly and we did like the smart tv with the ability to connect it with our phone in order to watch a couple of streams (a must have if you are traveling with 2 hyperactive small children). In our room of a double + one bed we were able to connect both of them to create a laying area of almost 3,2 meters. Moreover those were some of the most comfortable beds and pillows that I came across in my life! The view from the internal glass elevator was an interesting quirk. The personnel was professional and helpful.

The air-conditioner openings had spots with mold. The breakfast is maybe in paar with italian standards but frugal in international standards and could use some variety. The hotel overall could use some renovations.

Helpful and friendly staff. Reveption provided us with 2 phone chargers to borrow free of charge when we realised we had forgot our EU plug adapters. Coffee at breakfast was lovely and the woken serving very happy and nice to talk to. Building was always clean and maintained. There are multiple metro and tram stops within 5 minutes walk from the hotel which get you to Duomo within 10mins. There's Also a really good outdoor bar area around the corner from the hotel at the road junction that we made our local for 4 nights. The area is nice and very safe to walk round. We even walked to the centre of Milan from here one day and it didn't take us long at all. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing really apart from the air con gave us slight sore throats on the first night, so we opened the window to stay cool at night and there was a lot of mosquitos, as we got bit a lot. So a mosquito net for the windows might help in summer, but apart from that nothing we didn't like.

Decent-sized, comfortable room with fridge and kettle, nice big walk-in shower in small-but-adequate bathroom; good breakfast on roof terrace with possibility to sit outside when weather is amenable. Short walk to either of 2 metro stations and a few good restaurants in the vicinity for dinner (although some are closed on Mondays). Wind-down shutters keep room as dark as you like (and reduce traffic noise/keep heat out in the day as well). Reception desk staffed 24/7.

A few niggles - only open shelving and hanging space for clothes storage so everything always on show; old-style "paperweight" keys so roommates can't have one each; AirCon efficient but rather noisy; room safe is difficult to access, being located on a shelf near the floor (especially for those of us who are not so young).

This hotel is such a nice little oasis in the middle of city stuff. Lots of little garden nooks. We ended up being able to stay in a room that was big enough for my family of four as well as my parents! 2 king beds (one on each side of a wall), a large twin bed and a roll away cot. The metro station was just around the corner, so it was easy to get to where you wanted to go. The staff was very friendly! Breakfast was nice on the roof top with a little garden/outdoor area as well.

It didn't seem like there was a lot around the hotel, but we were only there one night and didn't explore much. Just went to the Duomo cathedral area.

All of the staff were incredibly helpful and spoke impeccable English. The breakfast was on the roof of the hotel and was absolutely delicious. A great selection of very fresh foods. The room was very clean and quite spacious.

The hotel was quite outdated. It looked as though other floors had been updated but unfortunately our room wasn’t on one of those floors. Our shower didn’t really work either which was quite unfortunate. We didn’t complain at the time as we were only staying for 2 nights. The hotel is about 30 minute walk from the Duomo. Lots of public transport options though if a daily walk isn’t for you.

The room exactly met our expectations, small but nicely furnished with a very nice bathroom, everything clean and well maintained. The staff was lovely and hotel has a great location as well. A big plus is the breakfast, apart from having a lot of options to choose from (including options such as plant-based milk, etc.), it is also served on the terrace, which is on the top floor of the hotel - a very pleasant place to sit with a beautiful view of the city. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Milan.

I loved breakfast in the morning on the top terrace and the kindness of cheerful lady Cinzia made me feel very welcome along with the reception staff. Location is top, very central close to many amenities and Metro station at Wagner Square, very convenient. At day and night several places to eat and drink around Hotel Metrò. Rooms very clean and comfortable, reception staff warm and friendly rally helpful. Me and my friends and family defibitely will go back there as we've enjoyed so much to stay in Milan in this big little gem in Corso Vercelli one of the top locations in the city

The staff is friendly and they have a 24/7 reception staff. The hotel and rooms are clean and the room gets cleaned daily. The breakfast is included and you have a good choice, the staff there is also super nice and they make a great cappuccino. The location is ideal for visiting Milan as the hotel is less than 2 minutes walking from Wagner underground stop, and from there you can easily get to all the places of interest and landmarks within minutes (Duomo, Navigli, Sforza Castle etc etc)

The only thing I’d recommend is to put thicker curtains to stop light coming in in the morning, but it was a minor thing and everything was great

Extremely nice staff - both at the reception and breakfast. Very kind, helpful and nice. The breakfast great - much, much better than typical Italian hotels. The mattress on the bed are wonderful! In this hotel we have got the a family room 2 + 3 with separate full beds for the kids. Wonderful! Highly recommended! Very good and fast WiFi. After travelling tens of hotels - that is my no. 1 in the region. The hotel recommended us a restaurant near-by and that was also delicious food. Walking distance to Metro station. It is on a good side of Milano if you want to reach Malpensa Airport.

Hardly to find any bad things. Maybe a few stairs to walk to the room? Maybe some doubts about parking around?

The breakfast is on the rooftop room and has a super nice view on the city, there is quite a lot of choice but be mindful to go quite early. Our room was a bit dated but still very clean and the beds were quite comfy. The location was also great, we could park in the underground garage, but even without a car it is really easily reachable as both the metro and the tram stop very close to this hotel. But even without that, a lot of things are accessibles and at a walking distance if you like to walk a little.
