I liked about Hotel America it was neat and clean..The staff was very gentle specially lady from reception she did her to best make ourselves in comfort...cleaning was top note also in bathrooms..

The only thing they have to mention on site that in room only one dog is allowed,I have two small dogs..Also on site it's show pets are allowed without any extra charges..but we paid for two dogs..its not a big deal for paying only some kind of changes on site they need to do..At the end it's was a nice and comfort stay Thanks for everything

The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation options, making it easy to travel around the city and explore the popular attractions. This is definitely a plus for someone who wants to make the most of their time in Milan. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, and they ensured guest satisfaction. The rooms are very clean and beds comfortable. There is a basin in the room which is particularly convenient for freshening up or doing your makeup. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option with convenient amenities, easy access to transportation and restaurants a few minutes away, this is it.

The place was clean and we had daily cleaners come in, and they did an amazing job. Great location for being a little outside the city because the hotel is right outside a bus and tram stop that go into the city centre every twelve minutes. There where lots of nice food locations close by as well including grocery stores. The best of all was probably the staff, we loved to owner who gave us free food and drinks like coffee and croissants every morning.

Only problem we had was at the start when we arrived and had no idea how to get into the building and ended up calling the owner. She then let us know that that was what we were supposed to do even though we never got told we had to call her once we arrived to be let in.

An excellent option for the money. The room was perfectly clean and was cleaned every day! Great friendly staff, they treated us to croissants and even gave us some when checking out for the road :) It is clear that the staff and management are trying to do everything to make the hotel guests as comfortable as possible.

Wi-fi works rather weakly in the far room, but this is not a big problem in times of good mobile roaming :)

The owner was the most incredible and kind person, immediately making me feel very welcome and giving me tea and snacks to settle in. I was staying the night due to a difficult situation and the staff there went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and safe. They even lent me a phone charging cable to use during my stay as I didn't have one on me. It really is the best budget hotel I have stayed in. Thank you very much again!

Great place for travelers. Very good location- 5 minutes by tram 92 to the central station from where you can go anywhere in Italy, 20 minutes walk to the Duomo and all interesting sights. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are cleaned every day. White linen and towels like in the best hotels. Comfortable beds. Even the shared bathrooms are always clean. The hostess is very hospitable, in the morning she treats with coffee and sweets, fruits, although breakfast is not provided. She even gave me cakes in a bag for the road. In general, our stay was like if we visited our aunt )))

I would like to highlight the excellent service and, in particular, acknowledge the people at the front desk. From the moment of my arrival, I was greeted with smiles and warmth. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly, professional, and ready to assist at any time. They immediately offered to help with my belongings and efficiently checked me into the hotel, making the process as comfortable as possible. Their friendliness and warmth created an atmosphere of homely comfort. Convenient location.

I really liked the interior, slept well in the bed even though the mattress was quite soft and the pillow hard. I had not realised the bathrooms were shared, but it was no problem there were definitely enough for everyone. The personnel was very nice, I got a lovely reception at arrival, and was greeted very heartily each morning with a smile and a small Italian breakfast, as a thank you for choosing this hotel! And the hotel was kept very clean! The location is definitely a good one, nearby different kinds of public transport, but the city centre is also definitely walkable! So the price for this location is a very good one. My room had a balcony which did not look out on the street, of which at first I was disappointed. But turned out very good because it was less noisy (hotel's located on a busy street). All in all, I've had a very nice time! Definitely recommend :-)

The only thing upon arrival I disliked were the shared bathrooms. But it turned out not to be a problem in the slightest, I always felt I had privacy

Checked in late in the evening. The receptionist was kind and welcoming. He gave us clear instructions on how the hotel operates. The room was also pleasantly/surprisingly big and comfortable.

There was a loud family in the hotel. But, the receptionist gave us a room that was not near them. So we were actually quite unbothered by them.
