I realy enjoyed it, the room was warm, welcoming, cosy and brightly coloured, with a nice touch of class, romance and elegance, which gives the feeling that we are traveling in another era of the city. The staff were a lovely presence and also very helpful and kind people. The mornings started nicely with the varied breakfast, in the form of a Swedish buffet and I especially liked the croissants and the orange juice. Also a big plus for the location, very close to several supermarkets and bus/ tram stations, although the main objectives can be easily reached on foot (about 30 min walk to Duomo Square). Because i caught cold days, I used a lot line 60 (Stazione Centrale-Duomo), 12, 9, 27.

The rooms are quite small, but stylish and comfortable

Beautiful hotel with nice decor. Staff was excellent. Very accommodating, informative, and brought a sense of humor. Buffet breakfast was delicious too.

Air conditioning was not working well the night we were there. They had repairmen working on it. It took a long time for the room to cool down. Rooms were smaller than expected but well appointed and comfortable.

The breakfast was excellent and rich . The coffee was excellent. The staff in breakfast was very friendly. I had a problem with my zipper in the jacket and in reception helped to find where I could fix it and helped me talk with the workshop and explain what the problem. In the workshop didn't understand the English. In addition, the lock of the window on the right side didn't work and they did fix it after I did ask.The location is wonderful. To Center 30 min by the foot. To the metro 15 min on foot. To the train 12 min on foot. to tram stop 3 min on foot.

This is the second time i visit the hotel and it is definitely my favorite in Milano. Close to the center and everything is around it. The staff are super friendly especially the man in the mornings. The breakfast is better this time. The room is clean. We asked for Toothpaste and they had it so they serve all your requests. I love love this hotel!!

Concerning the property everything was perfect. What i didn’t like this time is that my room was very close to the elevator and i kept hearing it going up & down even at night. The parking fee was really expensive

Great location, very helpful congenial staff, lovely shaded courtyard garden with tables & chairs, good breakfast, AC, and congenial lounge/bar area. My double room was very comfy.

The shower in my room needed repair-- had 3 options, the "telephone" attachment had al.ost no water flow, and the 2 overhead options required standing in the narrowest space in front of the shower doors, which didn't close tightly so leaked onto bathroom floor.

The staff were great, especially Mody and Alberto. The other guys and ladies were also fantastic but I can’t recall all the names.

Just to avoid surprises, the single room was really tiny, but the receptionist kindly relocated me to a bigger room when I talked to him, and he didn’t overcharge me as I was staying 10 nights. The breakfast was not very varied (especially for someone who doesn’t eat pork or eggs).

The breakfast was very good, tasty choices and many Italian delicacies. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The interiors and rooms very nicely Italian vintage style and inviting athmosphere. The airconditioner kept the room nice and cool while it was hot over 30C outside. The location eas excellent; straight from teh Malpensa Airport to the main train station Centrale by train and from there to the hotel by tram to the corner and only two blocks to walk. There is really near tram/bus stop which made easy to reach different attrations and places eg. Duomo/Vittorio Gallerie, Navgli (local "Venice"), Chinatow, Brera etc

Wishing minibar being little bigger - needed lots of water (so hot over 30C). The night stands stayed dusty for a couple of days.Just observation-could`ve done it myself, too.

The staff is great! Very knowledgeable and helpful, responsive to all requests and concerns. Absolutely amazing team. We liked our breakfast too with variety of food and drinks. Nice and pleasant experience. It will only take you 10-15 minutes by bus to get to Milano Duomo or you can walk to for about 35-40 minutes. We took a tram from Milano Centrale to the hotel, and it wasn't bad only 30 min. Also, there are some stores in that area and a big mall close by.

Only 1 thing and it didn't change our experience and our appreciation for the hard working people of this hotel. The hair dryer was falling apart literally in my hands.

Extremely small room. We stayed here 3 nights, there really is no place to put your suitcase (we had 2 carry-ons, 2 small backpacks) Would not stay in this size of a room again and would ask if they had something larger. It was a room with one queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom, one desk and wardrobe. Not large enough to use the suitcase stand provided as the space between the bed and wall, wardrobe, and desk not wide enough to use... would stay again if they had a larger room.

Once there the front desk staff were fine. However, as we tried to sort out our 2 reservations, a long distance call from our home in Florida, was met with "we don't do that here, you must contact the booking company". That company was located in Amsterdam, if I'm not mistaken. So we were met with rudness at the hotel and no help from the "booking company". When our friends arrived early, as I'd notitied the hotel via e-mail and text msgs, they were greated with "you do not have a reservation with us." Fortunately we'd provided our friends with their reservation information. But what a let down after 20 plus hours of travel.

Same as above, also room was not spotless. Our headboard had dust on the top that I could swipe through with my finger. Also the towel heater in the bathroom was not operable.
