It’s in front of the tram station that takes you directly to Duomo in 10 minutes. Private parking is included! Not all of them speak English BUT they are willing to help you out by using google translate for everything you need!! It’s an old building without the perfect walls and soundproofing but you are not going to buy it, it’s perfect for your sleep and rest! Breakfast is included and they have a lot of prepackaged croissants which they let you take some extra for the rest of your day

A nice hotel, relatively close to the city center by tram. The staff is kind, eager to answer all questions and help, although they speak english very little. It's an old style italian hotel, with no elevator as far as I could notice. The room was spacious and the bathroom as well, both nice and clean. Towels were changed every day. The tram stop is in front of the hotel, which makes access even easier.

I think they should try to improve their breakfast. There were a few things available, all packaged and all sweet. For example, there was no bread, cheese, eggs or something salty and freshly cut. With this room price, this is definitely you would expect. They offer freshly made espresso or cappuccino, however, but the food is definitely something they should take care of. Also, the wifi signal is really weak if your room is on the second floor.

It was lovely place with a soul. Comfortable beds and spacious clean rooms, towels were changed every morning. Hotel on the main street- Very close to tram. Close to the small stores and cafes. Graf staff, helpful and nice.

Well… coffee was great but I would prefer something more for a breakfast, maybe vegetables and cheese. Also showers are in need of renovation. I don’t like leaving keys when leaving but it wasn’t a disadvantage.

Breakfast was below basic. Check the option for something else than packed croissants

Good for sleeping the night and exploring city. For us - super plus was private parking for car. Tram station in front of the door and 15ish mins to Duomo. Clean, everything is as marketed here and what I would expect from 2* Hotel. Friendly staff.

Not much. If you go early to sleep you might be annoyed with hearing tram a bit, but wasn’t problem for us

Nice man met at the reception desk showed us everything and told us how to get to the center, was available when needed. The wi fi was good and the breakfast was good too, there were not many people so it was comfortable to be there. Free parking.

Noise isolation was not great, need to pay more attention to cleanliness

The hotel is very cozy and comfortable. All the staff were really friendly and kind. The location is amazing, we were just walking to the city center (around 25 min walk), but it is a good access to any public transport too. We enjoyed our breakfast and our time in the Hotel Apollo.

Bathroom quite good: quite large room with all the requirements. Breakfast is really the base: good cappuccino but no fresh food Room: clean and enough big but all the furniture style is very very old

In general is good if you use just like a base and you stay out for all the day... not good if you want spend time in the room. Not may lights in the room and common areas

Staff very attentive, good location close to transports and 15min by tram from centre of the city, cafes and pharmacy close.

The pillows was not comfy, the walls in our room need some painting, and a good deep cleaning in the bathroom. But it doesn't disturb us, because we spent most of our time walking in the city.

I liked that we could watch stuff on the telly and Youtube. The welcome was kinda cute, theperson who was cleaning the rooms came and checked us in and was really sweet.

Breakfast wasn't really nutritional, would've added like some fruits or sth. The washing cabinet was kinda tiny. Oh, and the bathroom door wanted to open all the time. Also would've been good if it had a lock.
