The room was great, clean and comfy, was equipped with a desk what I needed, I absolutely loved the small balcony. But what I really liked most was the staff. The receptionist who greeted me went out of his way - called the cleaning staff to know if my room was ready a few hours before check in (it was), and before he let me use the lounge, also lent me an adapter after I found out I couldn't charge my phone. He chatted very politely and was just super nice. He made my short stay memorable. Thanks a lot! ps. the location is also wonderful :)

The hotel has exceeded my expectations. Do not be deceived by one star only, the hotel looks very decent and feels much better than some 3 star hotels. My room (single) was surprisingly spacious with a small balcony, clean and warm (there is a radiator, but you can use AC for heating as well). The wifi signal is very good. It is very convenient for visitors of the Bocconi University as it is 10 minutes on foot. 25-30 minutes walk to the city center, but also easily accessible by public transport (metro & tram). There is no breakfast, but there are many cool places to eat or have coffee nearby.

Only the check-in time is a bit too late, from 15:30, but you can leave your luggage at the reception if you arrive early.

We stayed at this hotel for one night, and overall had a good experience. The check-in process was a bit complicated and took longer than expected. The receptionist was helpful, but she didn’t speak English, so we had to use a voice translator to communicate. The room was clean and comfortable, which we appreciated after a long day of travel. The location is a bit far from the central area if you're walking, but the Porta Romana metro stop is close by and offers easy access to the Duomo and Milano Centrale in just a few stops. The surrounding neighborhood felt safe and calm.

The hotel was exactly what advertised. It's not something special, but it's really good for it's price. Everyone at the reception was really nice and helpful. Although we arrived 3-4 hours before check-in was available we were able to leave our luggages there, so we wouldn't have to carry them around the city. The reception was available 24/7. I the room they provided us with bottes of water, tee and coffee capsules free of charge. The location is really close from the center (25 minutes by foot) and it's a good chance to walk and see around. The tram station is 5 minutes away and the closest metro station is 9. To conclude, I really recommend this place!

Additionally, I appreciated the fact that despite being in a bustling area, the hotel maintained a serene ambiance. It's worth noting that the hotel is just a brief ten-minute walk from the railway station.

It was comfortable, price was not too high, friendly staff, AC, elevator, cleaning room everyday. It was quite a good experience. 10 mins to Metro and several buses to go to Duomo or Central Milano. Hotel helped me with some work issues I had and they saved me a good amount of time.

To get to the hotel from Malpensa it is quite a long trip with changing transports and it is not the easiest one, especially if you have suitcases with you. But to be honest we do not have any complain about the hotel itself.

Everything were beyond my expectations. I didn't understand how this hotel only has 1 star. It's extremely well-maintained and clean. Everything was more than enough for that amount of money!

Some guests were too loud but then again it wasn't the hotel's fault. They took care of it when I said I was having trouble sleeping because of the noise. They were very helpful.

Good AC, comfortable bed, very nice lady in the reception from the morning shift. She didn’t speak any English but was extremely helpful (we communicated through google translate).

I specifically asked for one room with two single beds (I specify this during booking a few months before and also few days prior to arrival). Hotel didn’t do that and didn’t offer any solution about it. They even couldn’t give me a second set of bedsheets.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable. Location suited me. Reasonable price.

When I arrived, I found that the bathroom light wasn’t working, nor would the security safe lock. Staff responded swiftly and fixed the light but, after they had checked it, I was told apologetically that the security safe would take longer. I was surprised that these issues weren’t routinely checked.
