Location quite ok 5 minutes by foot from Pasteur Metro Station which is in the same line with Duomo station. Personnel 24 hours at the reception and polite. Very nice bath and always available hot water. Very good system for heating and easily adjustable. Wi-fi is not the best but i managed to do my job through my laptop. A price to value Hotel. Atlhough is not a fancy hotel i would recommend it 100%.

Quite limited variety for the Breakfast ( but a lot of sweets). The hotel is the 3rd floor of a building block which is something quite unusual for a hotel. My room had very small windows on the top of the room with very little natural light.

The room was air conditioned, we can set the temp on our own, TV with many programs, windows had curtains, bed was hard but you could survive the night. The water pressure was OK with plenty of hot water. The reception stuff was very pleasant and nice. The entrance to the hotel is little bit hidden. For the price it was good.

There were loud noises from restaurant or club or what it was in front of hotel, but this is not fault of the hotel. The Bathroom should use some new caulking, and windows have seen better days (wasn't able to fully close them or open them). But beside these few things I recommend visiting the hotel.

The room is basic, yet clean, good beds, has storage and the area is quiet. The space is clean and staff are supportive and helpful. We did not eat at the hotel due to schedules. The location is good, short walking distance to the Metro, local buses around the corner as well as supermarkets, restaurants with different cuisines (Italian, Pakistani, Indian, and more) and atm's all within walking distance.

Big hotelroom with good beds and everything you need. Nice little balcony as well. A lot of noise outside, but indoors you didn't hear a thing. Good parking also (just check availibilty).

I asked in which area (for vehicles) the hotel was seated 2 weeks before arriving, so they could have known I was coming by car. On a last check the day before I saw you had to reserve a parkingspot. Luckily this was still possible, but couldn't they have told me about the needed reservation when I asked about the area they were in..

The location was near to the Metro Station where you can access all the historical City.( 10 min from Centrale Milan , 10 min from Duomo) The hotel was easy to find. The Room was clean. Everyday the staff cleaned it. The staff of hotel was friendly.

The rooms do not have good acoustic insulation. the sounds of cars/motors/ambulance etc (city sounds) could be heard even though the windows were closed. Also the air ventilation of bath doesn’t work

I stayed here for long weekend with my partner, the room is nice, easy to reach by a public transport, just a few minutes walk from the metro station. Staff was friendly, rooms were nice and clean. Our room was facing the car park not the main street so it was quiet.

The hotel isn't located in the nicest area, loads of drunk people around. The TV in our room had a crack on the screen, so we didn't use it, but not a major issue as we were out most of the time anyways.

The hotel is quite accessible and generally close to the train and bus station. Also has a metro station and a supermarket nearby, perfect for travellers that stay in the city for a few days. The room was comfortable and although it was facing onto the side road there was not too much noise at night

Would have loved to have a kettle in the room and a few glasses for the water.

5mins-walk to Metro station red line that takes you to all the central attractions. Renovated inside except the windows. Large windows with good lighting in room.

Old windows with no insulation. Although stayed on the 4th floor the noise of the street is still very apparent. Ground floor is elevated with several stairs before the lifts. The hotel's entry is on the 3rd floor but the rooms are on the 4th floor. The lift only takes you to the 3rd floor, had to walk through internal stairs to reach the room's floor. Not recommended for heavy baggages (Hotel staff was helpful to assist)

First and foremost the staff. Incredibly friendly and helpful, attentive at all times. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and good value for money :)

The main con is the location really. It’s a bit far from the city centre, however there’s a metro station 10min from the hotel which is handy. Milano Centrale station is within a half hour walk away.

- For me it was good location for my purpose. Metro wasnt far away so transport was easy. - Staff was very friendly and helpful with full explanation.

- What I was missing in room was couple of glasses. It is something what you will probably need and it is not a thing what you carry arou d with you - Shower heads, (it is nor first time i saw that in Italy) mostly old, leaking and cowered with limestone.
