We arrived and we were unsure where the hotel was and the owner came and met us, gave us both a bottle of water left water, juice and crisps in the room, they were exceptionally friendly, helpful and went way and above to help us. They made us feel at ease and gave us advise on where to go and what to do in Milan

There friendly nature and there willingness to help and nothing was a bother to them. If I was a female travelling alone I would highly recommend it, in my eyes they were an exception

Room very clean and bathroom spotless like new! Very close to the main subway transportation, 20 minutes to Linate airport, 5 minutes to central train station, 10 minutes to duomo old town, it’s perfect place for travelers work, internet was always working

The room was spacious with look into a bigger shared inner garden area. The bathroom with shower was very modern and nice. Not all the staff did speak English, but communication happened nonetheless. The son of the owner spoke English and was very helpful and attentionate (providing advice and tips). There was officially no breakfast, but I got offered coffees and water bottles for the go.

This hotel is not located in the most central place. Nevertheless, if walking 45 minutes is no big deal, you are close to the Corso Buenos Aires, a long and nice shopping street which will lead you straight to the historic center of Milano. It is important to know that this hotel offers no breakfast buffet. There is a garden access, but I was told they can't use it for the hotel which is a pity because I think it would be a very pleasant experience to drink a coffee there.

When we entered we were welcomed by a lovely gentleman who offered us coffee, gave us water and brought our luggage up to our rooms. The room was modernised, comfortable and very clean. The balcony was the cherry on top for the rooms. The staff were friendly asking us if we want them to clean our rooms and always said hello and goodbye whenever we left and entered the hotel. And when we were leaving they brought down our luggage and gave us 2 water bottles and thanked us for our stay. Incredible time and we were very satisfied. P.S we loved mimi (Their dog aka the best staff member) Thank you guys.

Very kind and helpful staff; room is not very big, but enough for a couple. Good location, 20 minutes walking distance from the Central Train Station, in a calm area. Nice view to a garden. Staff didn’t speak much English, but it’s a good reason to practice your Italian!

There was an annoying mosquito in the room maybe a mosquito net on the window would be useful in the summer. ;)

Hotel staff is very friendly, kind. Thank them soooo much. They made our trip better. Air conditioning is very good. M1 and M2 metro station is about 4 minutes away. Everwhere is near. Duomo for example.

There could be a mini fridge in the room

It was clean and comfortable. The little details like coffee and water received makes a difference. Location was very close to subways and shops. The restaurant nearby that personnel has suggested was very good for dinners.

Great service. Clean rroms and bathroom, excellent service from the owners and staff. We could leave our bags before check inn and anfter check out, , and they did make the room ready for check inn before usual.time.

The owners were very kind and helpful when delivering their service. The room was nice, especially for short stays. Plus points for the dog at the lobby, so cute and friendly.

Staff were friendly and room was good value for money. Good location near to Milan Central station and Loreto Metro station.

Wifi was a bit intermittent
