My family of four (two older teenagers) stayed in two single rooms for three nights. We were so grateful to be able to check-in super early after our cross-Atlantic flight that we didn't mind getting rooms on two different floors (I requested rooms nearby when booking). The rooms were small but new and comfortable. Plenty of charging (with USB ports, so we didn't have to use our adaptors). The location was super ideal for us. On a quiet street but very close to a commerce area and a newer shopping mall ... and our favorite place for food -- Eately (no lie, it's excellent food). There's a light-rail just down the street and the metro around the corner. The airport express train is super close, too, which we used to get back to the airport. We used the light rail to get to Duomo and Sforza (didn't pay for it the second time because the ticket machine was broken). Otherwise, we walked around the north Brea area for amazing restaurants and shopping. This was our third time in Milan and I loved this location so much, I'd return to this hotel just to be in the same part of town. Also, we had tickets to Taylor Swift at San Siro Stadium and the metro took us directly there. No changing. It was awesome.

It was a super hot and humid weekend and the hotel had no water bottles -- to buy or to take. The bar on the ground floor was not helpful getting us water, either. There's a grocery store around the corner and across the street where we went to stock up. There is a night club around the corner and a pretty hoppin' bar nearby. We heard some music and street noise late at night. Not loud enough to keep us up, but just to note.

The room was nice, with a window that could be opened and a comfy bed - we slept well. Breakfast in particular was lovely with plenty of choice. Around the corner is Porta Garibaldi station and a new area with a lovely park to walk in. It's a pleasant 20 minute walk approx. to the centre so we thought it was a good location to stay in.

What let it down was a couple of housekeeping points. Being tall, I put my clothes on the top shelf of the hanging unit only to retrieve them absolutely thick with rolls of dust. Clearly nobody had dusted up there for a very long time. The shower tray looked dirty and there was no tea on offer, only coffee. I requested it at reception but it didn't arrive. I moved the box of Pringles and thinking it was light, I found it had been opened and was in fact empty. Despite these minor issues, we had a very nice stay.

It is always my pleasure to stay at Hotel Tocq. This is my favorite hotel in Milano and it is always my choice as this is not the first time I stay there. The staff are the best always. Very friendly, helpful, and highly supportive. I was happy to see Tiziana (Titti), Giorgia, and Stefano but it is unfortunate that I didn’t get a chance to see the rest of the team who were on vacation. It was also sad to hear that Giulia has moved to another branch. I can talk all day about the staff as they are the best in my judgment. Housekeeping and restaurant teams are awesome as usual. The location is excellent and near by Garibaldi station, Corso Como and many other stores cafes and restaurants are close by. Duomo is 15-20 minutes walk. This hotel is highly recommended. My special thanks to all at the hotel to make my stay pleasant as they usually do. I wish them the best always. This hotel is your best choice so book your room ASAP.

Absolutely NOTHING!!

Had a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel is fantastic for the ones who needs outside the center of Milano from a variety reasons such as car renting etc. and making it convenient to explore the city within a metro nearby and a few restaurants and a center with a few stores. The breakfast was nice, with a great variety of options to start the day. We upgraded to a junior suite, which was spacious and comfortable. The staff were exceptional—friendly and attentive throughout our stay. I highly recommend TOCQ Milano for anyone visiting the area.

Think about a 10/10 stay, everything was perfect. Location is very good, near the station, Brera and a lot of good restaurants. Room was bigger than in the pictures and super well decorated and modern. The bed is VERY comfortable, the best we had in 16 days in Italy. The breakfast is also incredible and everything was delicious. Next time I come to Milano I’ll not even look for other places.

Was our second time here. Love the location. Hotel is pretty clean, but all the time we had to ask a cleaning lady to proper clean the room. Same was the last time. Breakfast 2 years ago seemed richer. But the staff at the breakfast were simple amazing, very friendly. Overall good value for money and location is very good. 5 mins to port Garibaldi with train to the airport and 3 mins to the metro station. 20 mins walk to Brera

The staff were awesome!! They were friendly and always ready to support. All staff members were just great especially Giulia, Tiziana, Giorgia, Yuri and Stephano who were very supportive to the point they made me feel home. I stayed for 2 weeks and will defiantly will return to Tocq hotel on my next trip to Milano. The location is great many shops and cafe’s around and 2 min walk from the train station. Duomo is about 15 min walk where you pass by Barera area porto Nova and corso como which are very live areas and have so many shops and cafe’s. Special thanks to the front desk staff, the restaurant staff who was also friendly and helpful with nice breakfast every morning, and finally the housekeeping team who did a great job at maintaining my suite clean and neat at all times. Thank you all you made my stay joyful.

Nothing everything was great

Amazing location in corso Como area of Milan...close to many lovely restaurants and bakeries. If you're keen for a night out there are 3 Nightclubs downstairs so you can enjoy night outs 😉 It's also 5mins walk to Milano Porta Garibaldi Station which is very convenient for trains to Como and also direct 30min train into Milan Malpensa Airport. The bed was very comfortable and I thought the breakfast spread was really great considering most places in Italy would only do coffee and pastries...these guys do a vast spread including fresh fruits... well done 👏

A few things were annoying .. - they didn't leave any water or glasses in the room after housekeeping and I had to ring twice to request this - people who like to party smash doors shut at 1-2am which unfortunately woke me a few times. I don't think the hotel can do anything about this to be fair but it's worth highlighting incase you prefer quiet night sleep - the reception called me at 1am for a wake up call that I had not requested!
