The location was excellent-close to the centre and just across from China Town.. Shower was hot and breakfast was good. The rooms were clean. The ladies working in the kitchen were very nice. Overall, a good hotel.

The receptionists could have been a little more welcoming and helpful. We found them a bit passive. Overall that was a small thing though. My room on the 3rd floor was quite cold at night although the lower floors didn't have that problem. I think that was just because the heat from the radiators wasn't as powerful the higher up you went.

Great location along the tram and/or metro to pop around Milan. Also near china town which is so fun! Room temp was perfect and it was surprisingly spacious.

I didn’t love that there were only two thin pillows on the bed for two people and when I asked for another pillow I was told: “no, they are finished” ?!? That seems like poor planning to not have better options for placing your head. It made for an uncomfortable night which was so unfortunate. And the way the request was dismissed was really rude and left a bad taste.

Breakfast was nice - typical Italian hotel breakfast I would say (some meat/cheese/bread as well as sweets like croissants or doughnuts). Location is ok, not like the city center but really easy to get to and from the said center from the facility.

The room itself might benefit from some renovation here and there (somehow bathroom might need it the most). Keys, though nice looking and hard to loose, are to be left at the counter every time you leave the hotel, which is a bit troublesome.

The instructions for finding the hotel from the railway station, which was supposed to be a few hundred yards away, was not clear and difficult to find. When we eventually found it, it was as it said only a few hundred yards away but the guidance to it did not match the actual route. Also you could not see the hotel sign until you were almost onto it. It did not stand out. A more precise guide could be issued with railway exits and street names for the route.

Hotel is in a great location, only 5 minutes walk from Monumentale metro station and 10 minutes walk from Milano Porta Garibaldi station. Twin room was spacious for 2 people and very comfortable. Even though there is a tram line outside the hotel, our room was quiet (we had a balcony room). Staff were friendly and the hotel has a nice atmosphere with a nostalgic design and old furniture, they even use key cubbies.

No kettle in room but only a minor inconvenience.

This is a great family run hotel ,a fantastic location and breakfast every morning the ladies really look after you., They make your picnic lunch out of your breakfast and if cannot stay for breakfast can't be that. Cleanliness is top-notch and they also have a night man as security where you leave your key good old-fashioned service.

The only thing we found with this hotel was you do not have to your coffee maybe making facilities in your room. I'm sure you can get to your coffee downstairs but we weren't sure how to do it maybe we should have asked. We would definitely stay here again as the location and everything else from Milan is perfect.

This is the second time I have stayed here and once again, it was a very pleasant experience. The receptionist was able to speak to us in English and made us feel very welcome. The twin room I stayed in was very specious and the beds comfortable, with a very good shower. The continental style breakfast was also very plentiful. There is a metro stop within a five minute walk and a grocery store nearby if you forgot any essentials. If I do come back to Milan again, I would definitely look to rebook here once more.

I liked everything about this hotel 🥰 1. Location was awesome. There are 2 metro stations and even train station Porta Garibaldi. Just in front of the hotel there is a Tram N2, which goes straight to Duomo. 😊 2. The breakfast was good. And the women from the kitchen so nice and kind 🥰 3. Staff at the hotel is great. They will help you whatever you need. 😊 4. The room was clean and comfortable. And they cleaned the room every day.

The hospitality of the hotel team was so welcoming and friendly. It had the family touch. The breakfast was very good, including various continental choices and a good homemade cappuccino. The hotel room was cleaned immaculately every day, and for a low-cost budget hotel, I was so impressed. The location was also very convenient, with a tram stop outside the hotel and two metro stations close by, which connected you quite easily around the city.

On the day when we returned we could not get a normal taxi to transport all the luggages , the manager in charge, Christian, was very helpful to help as called for bigger taxi. When he could not get it, another lady, Anthonia (not sure if she is the staff) helped us to call for 2 normal taxi. THey had given us the help needed at the last minute which we really appreciated. We will definitely come back again if we go Milan!! Certainly will recommend to friends
