I loved the breakfast, room itself, long balcony and the comfort. There is a bus station which is 2 min walk from Hotel. The room was perfect, it was cleaned every day during my stay. The place is quite and a little far from center, but having bus(2min) and tram(15min) stations makes it easier to get there. There is also store Lidl which is close. Staff is nice and friendly.

There were no water bottles in the room, it would be nice if they put 2 bottles of water as a compliment for making tea or coffee in the room (most of the hotels do that which is very nice) . The tv gets turned on when you enter the room automatically, sometimes it is scary when u enter the room very late and tv starts with loud voices)

Great stay!!The staff was so kind and helpful, the room was nice, comfortable and most importantly, clean! Just remember to tell the staff to adjust the temperature in the room so you don't freeze 😂 Definitely recommended!

The one aspect that could use some improvement is the food quality. The eggs lacked flavor and were overly watery, and there was a limited variety of bread available. So, it was okay, but the hotel has the potential to be perfect. So, enhancing the food options is one way. Additionally, the shower gel was lacking when we first came to the room. That's all!

The hotel is excellent, location is good, very close to metro stations Romolo and Famagosta where you can take a train to the centre. The ticket is 2 euro for one time use and 7 for 24hours. The area is quiet and clean. Not crowded. Again, breakfast is fantastic: eggs, bacon, prosciutto, cheese few types, juices, coffee, lots of sweets, pancakes, waffles, jams, sauces, tomatoes, cucumbers, fruits etc etc etc. always full of buffet. Rooms are clean, staff amazing, friendly and kind, always ready to help. I really enjoyed my staying here. Strongly recommended even for long stay.

A noisy bar on opposite side of the street. The music was booming till 2am on the Friday night. Saturday and Sunday were quiet. Recommend asking for a quiet room at the back of the property.

Good location and good room. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety and fresh options every day.

This is my second stay in this hotel. The previous one was 7 years ago and I feel the bathroom needs some maintenance/update. It used to be much newer.

Very good breakfast: eggs, prosciutto, cheeses few types, lots of sweets (croissants, pies, cupcakes, biscuits), you can make pancakes, waffles, toasts; they have juices, coffee, yogurt, cereals, tomatoes,cucumbers, etc etc. Really impressive. Staff is so client oriented, friendly, always ready to help. They have kindly rebooked my twin room to double without any problem and didn’t charge me for that. Many many thanks.

An excellent location with trams close by to get into the city. Breakfast was very good with abundant choice. A lovely restaurant opposite for an evening meal. Clean and comfortable with very friendly staff.

The bathroom was a little tired. A very small shower cubicle with a showerhead that had a mind of its own!

Modern hotel, very spacious and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and great value. Convenient for the Navigli night life area.

Location was a little out of the way for Central sites. But fairly convenient for multiple tram and bus routes.

Nice room with a terrace, super comfortable big bed, very clean, great breakfast starting early (7am) ,very friendly staff. Very good value for the money I definitely recommed. It.

The location isn't bad but not great either, this is the only drawback. You need to take the tram ( 10 min walk from the hotel) to the city center (30 min approx).; As said not that bad since you jump onto the tram and wait until it leaves you practically in front of the Duomo, you lose some time but it's convenient enough.

The hotel was in great location, the tram was only 5 minutes away (better than use metro which is 15 minutes by walk). It is near the Navigli districts, which is now my favorite part of Milan. The rooms look just like on the pictures, so we were satisfied. Shoutout to breakfast, so many choices and as well Italian espresso served - when requested. Normally there is just this Nescafe machine. You can also make a waffle with fresh fruit! Will definitely consider the hotels in the future for our trips.

If you feel like sleeping with open windows, there is bar right in front of the hotel that might make you change your mind. The bathroom was clean in general, but could use more attention.
