It was close to the tram that was going straight to the city center and there is a non stop shop in front of the hotel.

The breakfast was a joke. We only had one croissant (or one small pancake) per person and one coffe and one drink (juice or water). I definitely don't recommend relying on breakfast. It was the first time when we faced this situation

Host greeted us at the door without issue. You had a keycode so could come and go as you pleased. It was a nice large room with a big window you could open. The beds and decor were a bit too colourless. The bathroom was large with a nice shower. Our beds were always made up everyday and we were brought fresh towels. A nice touch was one day they left us slippers. It was close to restaurants and to the tram into the main center as well as a grocery store close by. The first day we had a very nice boxed breakfast and the others, we went across the street. The couple there were so helpful, it was amazing. A very pleasant stay.

If you have mobility issues, lots of stairs. However, there might be s ground floor room available. I had trouble with the lock one time I tried to get in.

The available breakfast accross the street had very good croissants. Also the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Finaly the friendlyness of the staff, always available and responsive over whatsapp. We encountered an issue with the door lock and they were fast finding a solution for us.

The breakfast could have had one more item (bread, pancakes..)

Clean room, comfy bed, clean sheets and towels. Genial, solution oriented and hospitable attendant, no reception needed. High speed and continuous internet connection. Coffee and coffee machine was so good in the room. Transportation is availible in front of the building. nearby stores, markets and breakfast coffee bars are good and plenty.

A little bit far away from the city center. No elevator.

I really appreciate the location of this hotel - it's so easy to check-in, and being close to supermarkets and a bus stop is a huge plus!

The one downside was the breakfast delivered to our room; it was disappointingly cold. On the second day, we opted for the breakfast place right in front of the hotel, which was delicious.

We booked this property to be close to a specific gig venue, and it served our purpose perfectly. If you are here for Arci Biko this is the place to stay! Super clean, absolutely lovely staff who let us check out half an hour later and breakfast is provided for no extra fee.

In the suburbs of Milan so not very suitable if you are here for a short stay and wanting to see tourist attractions. 15 minute walk to the metro which was fine for us but may be long for some people.

The property was cute, modern and clean. We loved it and it was a good choice for our trip.

We found it a bit challenging in terms of location. we had to rely on Uber quite a few times. However, there is a metro station 15 mins away walking but the weather was not nice so we could use provided that the it wasn’t raining.

Good value for money, clean, self check in.

No elevator, bed and pillows could be better, location could be better but in the end if ure looking for a good value for money this is ur choice definetely at least it was for us compared to other hotels in Milan at that day.

The room was very clean and the staff was very kind and available. 20 min away from city center in bus + metro

What was a bit less appreciated was the missing simple pillow (not memory foam cushion), the light not working in the bathroom (the one with AC was perfectly working) and missing manual shower head. We had the room Romana, maybe it is different in others!
