the cleaning of the room was good. the interior and facilities are great. breakfast was good. staff was a bit weird, though.

the parking was paid 17 euro per night, which was never indicated in the pre-booking.

Room was well appointed and spacious. The location was at least a forty minute walk to Duomo de Milano. The Hotel is located in the heart of China Town which means that the noise and smells are quite "distinct". Breakfast was lovely, good choice of local dishes alongside many popular condiments and food items.

There was a strong smell of smoke in my room all night, perhaps from outside the building, from somewhere across the street. The room did not have a bathtub and I was looking forward to a hot bath after a day of walking for hours around Milano.

beautiful room, Amazing location, wonderful team and great food. I love being right in chinatown and so close to subways. We ended walking all over which was incredible. The staff was wonderful.

I did think we were getting a bathtub in the room, but when I reread the specs I had booked, it said either a bath or a shower, but it is all so beautiful, it didn't;t really matter. Would have loved some better coffee options IN the room. we had nothing but when I asked they brought a standard kettle with the and instant. I had stayed din other places with the pods which were heaven. But this was fine, we went and grabbed great coffee downstairs and across the st easily!

I was positively surprised by the room quality and services at the hotel. Yes, it is located in the China Town, but it is very close, at a walking distance to the city centre and major touristic attractions. Personally, I expected worse location and shabby quality. But, in the reality, it turned out to be a very decent hotel with all needed amenities. Even the underground private car parking beat my expectations. Very convenient and at a reasonable price. As for me, this is a good value for your money.

The staff were very helpful, situated in the heart of Chinatown there were many restaurants etc.

There are no tea/coffee facilities in the ‘comfort’ room. The so called ‘happy hour’ for €15 was actually for 1 drink and some nibbles. €60 for 2 drinks and some cheese… bad communication. The shower was broken and only the overhead shower worked and shower base was mouldy.

Easy to find, great location, about 10-12 min walk from closest metro station. Very comfy, the first real bathtub we had in italy, which my young son appreciated. Quiet, easy to get to, several very local/authentic restaurants next by. Room was a little small, but it was only for 1 night - had we been there for 3+ nights, it would have felt cramped. Super sweet in that they held our luggage for us when we got in early.

Hum - just a little cramped for space.

The room and bathroom were extremely clean! The bed was comfy, which I really struggle with! The bathroom had good facilities, including body lotion, shampoo/conditioner, shower cap, earbuds- the works! It was amazing!

The location near China Town was fantastic. Acsess to public transport was second to none. So easy to get to Milan centre , San Siro Stadium and central station by tram or Metro then to the Airport by Bus for only €12 per person. The bus is direct and takes around 40mins. A taxi from the Hotel would cost €120. I would definitely stay or recommend the Leonardo Milan City Centre to anyone.

The room we stayed in had window locks with no key to open them which I should imagine is illegal in a hotel. It got very warm one day so we had to move to another room because we could not open open the window to let it in. The maintenance man was very rude and very unhelpful, using his middle finger when telling me he would be back in 1 minute. So un professional but I am bigger than that so did not make an issue of out of it.

This is a beautifully decorated hotel with all of the classic elements of European luxury. The staff is top-notch, polite and courteous. They speak multiple languages, give great recommendations, and offer easy, well-organized check-ins. The location isn't too far from downtown, and the neighborhood is safe, quiet, and a food heaven for anybody who loves Asian cuisine. It's also near enough to the train station that takes you to the airport. The rooms are SO comfortable. They have everything you need, and the bed was heavenly! The bathrooms were luxurious and very clean. If you're on the fence about staying here, just book it. You'll be happy you did!

Good location. Overall decent hotel.

Just lacking some amenities for the price—concierge, help with bags. Shower fairly low pressure with cheap showerhead. We weren’t informed by front desk about the parking situation until we tried to leave the garage and were supposed to pay 50euro for less than a night. So just the hassle of driving backwards back into the garage to go back to the front desk and get it sorted. AC didn’t work well in the room.
