The hotel in wonderful, staff are very helpfull and supportive! room is comfortable and big and the location is amazing. very recommended! We were sad to leave...

The only thing, if it is a thing - there is no breakfast option, but it is very minor issue considering that there are so many options to eat in the area.

the best location I could ask for. It’s right across from Duomo and accessible to many transportation lines including Metro and bus/train to Malpensa airport. It wasn’t noisy despite centrally located. Room and bathroom was clean and spacious (I stayed in luxury suite), comfortable bed and probably big enough to fit 3-4 people. staff at the front are informative and friendly.

I only stayed for 1 night so can’t say for longer experience but I have no complaints

The best location in the centre of MIlan. You can not have a better location :-) The Duomo is 50 meters from the accomodation. The rooms are spatios and clean. There is no breakfest served in the hotel, but I strongly recommend to visit the Princi just around the corner in the via Speronari. Amazing cofee, pastry, pizza, bread foccacia !

Slow WiFi :-(

The hotel is perfectly located next to the Piazza del Duomo, the Teatro alla Scala and main shopping areas. We returned to the hotel based on our previous experience the hotel staff. In addition to providing efficient solutions to every-day tourist problems, we benefitted from excellent advice about local restaurants. The staff make this hotel perfect for those looking for an authentic Milan experience.

Being located in the city centre also has its downside. the old tram system is noisy and some even make the building tremble as they go by. However, it is fair to point out the any hotel situated next to the tram line could have the same problem. Some taxis are not authorised to pick up or drop off at the door but the hotel can obtain a temporary permit so its best to contact the hotel first.

You were beyond reproach at front of house - a total gentleman who's restaurant and bar recommendations where brilliant and knowledgable and who's help throughout was invaluable. Bubbles on arrival and smiles and help proffered at all times over 3 nights. Our room had an actual corridor that's how big it was - what is not to like, with a balcony and a HUGE bathroom? Impeccable and clean. Amazing welcome to a hotel in the evening which set up our whole trip. We felt like we were given the VIP treatment right from the start. Nothing was too much trouble. But you know, its the staff who make your hotel stay memorable - and this one has them - ALL staff were incredible friendly. Carlos you are a GENT. Don't get poached by another hotel - we want to see you on our return 2024 visit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The location is fantastic, literally kitty corner from Duomo Piazza yet very quiet. Smallest lobby I’ve ever seen but who cares. I don’t spend much time in the lobby. upon our return one evening, the concierge made us a nightcap from a well stocked bar at no charge which was a nice touch. The elevator wasn’t working upon our arrival so they changed our room to the 2nd floor and comped us anything in the minibar in our room that we wanted. It did get fixed that day. Bathroom is spacious, towels are great. It took a while to get hot water but after we called it to their attention there was no problem the next day. The staff is exceptional!! They are very helpful and speak very good English.

The mattress is quite firm but ok. The main thing is the carpeting. It has to go! The hallway in particular is terrible and thus gives the impression of a dirty hotel though the room was clean. A new coat of paint couldn’t hurt either. There is no food available on site but there are plenty of options just steps away.

Location location Duomo right outside the door but weekend crowds were an issue but that's Milan. Room was spacious and very large bathroom. Very friendly and attentive staff especially Carlo who advised of small quiet restaurants away from the tourist area with a traditional feel.

No breakfast facilities or restaurant but plenty of options right outside the door. Opaque curtains in the bathroom which was unnerving as apartments opposite. Room serviced daily but both complimentary water and milk were not replenished in some days but these are minor points.

Clean, spacious room. Efficient housekeeping, which since the pandemic is not always good at the hotels. Friendly, helpful staff. And, of course, location. Excellent, large bathroom with both walk in shower and tab. Large walk in closet.

Wi Fi was awful. Even after I camplainef at the reception and they put WiFi extender, was not satisfactory. Better but far from acceptable. Luckily I found out I could log into neighbouring ODSweet hotel's Wi Fi and that one was very stable and very, very fast. Shame on UNA, but that's the way it was. ... Water temperature was not easy to adjust, and sometimes was inconsistent. . ....TV remote had, like only 3 buttons, and was absolutely the worst TV remote ever, especially in a hotel. Strongly recommenef to change it into the usually one button one function remote.

The location of the hotel is great; it is situated at the corner of the Duomo square. The staff were friendly and the room was big with a butiful tiny balcony that over looking the main street. they accepted the early check in which was 10.30Am.. The bathroom was excellent, featuring hot water and a hairdryer.

Great location and staff. I believe we booked and enjoyed the largest room in the hotel. Therefore, my appreciation of the room size might not relate to other rooms in this hotel. Also, we were referred to a great bar which was very close to the hotel. Although we overlooked the street, and a street car line, we never heard any noise from our room.

It is very difficult to make out the hotel entrance from the street because the name does not appear on the street side of the building. Instead, it is only visible while you are entering the property. The sign is posted in the entrance alcove. Our taxi driver had to point it out to us as we departed the taxi (I had to ask him where the hotel was)! This was also an inconvenience when returning to the hotel after dark.
