The location cannot get any better being just opposite to the Duomo and a taxi rank nearby, for airport journey. The Starbucks flagship reserve roaster is just 3 minutes walking, which is highly recommended. You don’t expect a fancy big lobby but rather helpful staff who guided us well throughout our stay. The flats are spacious with very good furniture. While close to the Main Street, we didn’t feel any noise, given the windows are well insulated. It was all good value and very convenient for us while we moved to various shopping and touristic places.

Just wished the shower had more pressure.

My space was on the 3rd floor. Using the vintage 1930 elevator was fun like riding in a China cabinet and it says it fits 2 (but only if they know each well since it is a bit of a squeeze for 1) once inside it is a nice space with a bed and tiny kitchenette. There is a coffeemaker and some windows that open onto the busy street below. The AC works well and there is a separate bathroom shower space as well. Literally right around the corner from the Duomo you feel like you are in the middle of everything. It can be a little loud so ear plugs come in handy its a bit of a trade noise for location but it is worth it. I had a short but very pleasant stay here

You will probably need the earplugs, they are provided.

This place made me love Milano much more than ever. Amazing staff, very friendly, helpful, welcoming people. The location? Literally on Duomo square, shopping, history, cafes, bars, everything is in minutes walk from hotel. Cannot imagine better place to be. The interior is amazing, full of history, vintage. These walls have the smell of that vintage Milano, the elevator is history itself. Thank you so much for this amazing week. I can assure you that I will 100% choose this place for my next visits, it was unbelievably comfortable and home-like. 🖤

disappointed I had to pay for a 2nd room, that was inadvertently reserved under my name. I sent 2 notices weeks and days before arrival that I only needed one room but had a misinterpretation and had to pay for two rooms. They are working out some form of discount or future room allowance, but not sure I will vacation in Milan again in the next year. we’ll see what they come up with. other than this is was a very nice stay

Definitely a great location since it's located just steps away from Duomo cathedral. Great coffee just downstairs the apartment. The elevator is really cute, tiny and old and it's truly a tight squeeze for even 2 pax. Overall it's a comfortable apartment with hot water and air conditioning. If the elevator is a squeeze, take the stairs.

In my opinion, providing more fresh towels and a light summer blanket would be much appreciated.

location was absolutely fantastic, steps from the Duomo and Metro stations. staff were extremely helpful and friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Apartment was nicely decorated, bed was comfy and bathroom was nice. Property was lovely and clean too.

The nearly 100yr old lift was tiny and HOT but it’s part of the building heritage so it’s not a massive drama. would have been nice for a couple of waters to be in the fridge on arrival maybe - visiting at the end of July means it’s crazy hot out there and water would have been much appreciated rather than us having to find a supermarket. Shower pressure is also shockingly bad.

Location Location Location. Literally two minutes walk from the duomo. the guys on the ground floor were very friendly, the old lift was great, and the room impeccably clean. Cafe downstairs where you can get a cappuccino and croissant for under 4 euro. They also looked after my luggage for a few hours before and after check in. It was perfect for a one night stay in Milan.

Being so central it’s super noisy with the trams and general city noise. I slept very lightly.

Brilliantly situated in central Milan, a 2 minute walk from the Duomo. We were welcomed by Umberto and his brother who could not have been more helpful. Being able to leave our bags both before and after our stay meant our one night stop (we wished we'd had longer!) allowed us to see a lot more.

It was all great. Absolutely no complaints!

A huuuge thank you to Umberto, who was very polite to us, who made our stay in Milan perfect by advising places to visit and to eat at. The apartment was clean, had shampoo, bath gel, and even dental kit. Coffee machine with capsules/tea was available as well. 30 seconds far from Duomo and main city sight. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again once back to Milan!

Great location and room, run by friendly helpful brothers. Would stay there again next time
