My flight was delayed causing me to miss my connection to Milan. Urban Hive Milano changed the date of arrival with ease. I was beyond stressed and it was the first time something was going right all day/night. Once there the staff was consistently and genuinely kind and relaxed. Very professional, helpful and efficient. The room was perfect. The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was fresh and delicious. Good location in Brera neighborhood. 15-20 min walk to Duomo. Perk: the filtered water fountain on my floor. Refilled my water bottle as I waited for the elevator. Thank you Urbam Hive Milano.

Amazing location, super friendly staff. The reception staff were incredible I asked for many things during my stay and they did not hesitate to help immediately from car service to restaurant booking to directions and train timings. I would highly recommend this hotel for location and staff service. Rooms were ok I would say average for Milan and breakfast was also average for Milan.

Although I would come back again I wish these things would change. The breakfast was basic, most of hotels in Milano has poor breakfast options as well. Dry cleaning service take 24 hrs or more to clean the clothes. I wish there were an express service. The house keeping needs training and experience. one day they forget a cleaning product in my room, one day they left a glass uncleaned and one day they left the room door open.

This hotel was recently renovated and re-opened in January 2023. Being so new, everything was clean and in excellent order. The staff was very friendly and helpful (spoke excellent English). Breakfast had a very nice selection of foods and delicious fresh fruit cups. It is a half block from the metro station (Milan Metro is very reasonable and very easy to navigate, just remember to tap in and out using the same credit card - each rider uses their own and is charge daily depending on your usage). The hotel is also a short walk from many good restaurants and the Sforza Castle.

This hotel is simply amazing and the location couldn’t be better! I’ve been to Milano around 15 times prior to this trip, but I’d definitely try and book this hotel again in my next visit. If you’re looking to stay in the heart of the city without it feeling too touristic (walking to Duomo takes 15-20 mins), this is the perfect place! It’s clean, modern and well equipped with great attention to detail (the shower gel, soap, etc. comes from a high end brand, each room is equipped with a coffee machine and lovely chocolate). What made this stay even better is the staff - it started with the lady at the check-in, super nice and helpful with some great local tips and finished with the amazing bar staff, which went above and beyond to let us taste wines and whiskeys and was extremely pleasant and warm. Every good thing I would say is already in reviews, that is why I chose this hotel. Location is wonderful, next to metro and close to Porta Garibaldi train station from which you can catch a train to Malpensa airport or Genoa like we did. Staff very friendly, bed super comfortable, quality breakfast except maybe coffee not super. They fitted almost every amenity in a relatively small space, except perhaps iron. No worries they have no drawers, instead a large stand to lay your suitcase open so it serves you as a drawer. Mosquito repellent provided at reception if asked. Very convenient hotel, again, location is so good in so many ways, and the overall ambiance is positive and welcoming. Would gladly return to Milan and this particular hotel. Thank you for all your efforts, thoughtful design and nice staff, and of course very cute birthday surprise!

Exceptional location, great staff, especially front desk and breakfast. Rooms are cute and quiet, slept like an ox. Location is pretty perfect, decor is fun, breakfast surprisingly good for an Italian hotel; including wonderful ladies and phenomenal coffee from a real espresso machine. The ONLY comment I have is that the rooms and collective spaces feel a bit crammed, even the big rooms. Other than that 09/10.

My daughter and I were very pleased with the room and the staff. Location: perfect and room were perfect. We ate breakfast in the neighborhood except for one day and enjoyed that one day very much!!! We will definitely return.

One minor thing: getting into the tub to shower was a little hard for me, climbing over the high bathtub but nothing I could not manage. Loved the bathroom and the shower.

Breakfast and how attentive the employees were to us pleased us every morning. Everything was tasty and fresh, the cappuccino with a heart was incomparable. The staff are very attentive, always on the spot, smiling and responsive, professionally and patiently.

We’ve had an excellent stay, making our holiday in Milan really fantastic. Location - lovely area with many restaurants, cafes and wine/apperivo bars and shops, walkable to many areas in Milan (including Milan cathedral) but also metro nearby which we used to get to central station where we then took a train to Bergamo for a day trip. All staff is really friendly with excellent customer service, from reception, breakfast service, bars to housekeeping and we were well looked after. Excellent and delicious breakfast and coffee and staff always friendly and smiling, bringing sunshine and happiness each morning. They even remembered my coffee preference and made me an excellent cup every morning to start my day. Bar menu - great selection and extensive tea menu. We also had caponata from bar menu which was delicious. Our room was clean, good size with space to keep our two suitcases, very comfortable with lovely decor and amenities including a fridge and coffee machine. Lots of environment friendly practices being applied including cold water dispenser in front of the lift on each floor, separate bins for paper and plastics in a room, and a voucher that can be spent at bar if room is not needed to clean.

The hotel was excellent in every way! From the minute we entered there was a true positive vibe. The staff was very very polite and always available to help. You may think that politeness is a given in a hotel but believe me it is not in Italy! You have no trouble communicating in English which again is a plus and not a given in Italy. The breakfast was really nice, lots of choice, excellent quality and frequent changes in the sweets part so if you see a cake you might like go ahead and try it because it may not be there the next day!! The room was spotless clean and met our expectations in terms of practicality, very well organized space so that you can place your luggage and clothes in many different places. The open closet does help a lot in this. The soundproofing was amazing. Very comfortable bed and clean linens along with exceptional room lighting and tv connectivity made the time we spent on the room a real joy and genuinely good experience. On top of this the location was super great, the subway is literally at your feet, 1 min walk from the lobby. Some of the most mentioned places to eat and drink are there as well from osterias to pizzerias etc. If this hotel is at your price range then look no further because it was a lucky choice for us that turned out amazing!
