From the moment we arrived Lorenzo was there to greet us and give us a full rundown on our location and where everything was in relation to that. He then took us through our apartment and showed us how everything worked. The apartment had everything you could have dreamed of and more. The common area was stocked with fruit, food and drinks (including wine ☺️) for us and every appliance you would need (coffee machine, juicer, kettle, toaster, etc). Our room also came with a stocked fridge, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, hair straightener, extremely comfortable bed and pillows, and a large bathroom with his and hers sinks. It also had every streaming service on the TV (Netflix, Disney, etc.) in multiple languages although we didn’t watch much TV during our stay. It was a pleasant surprise and the first time we had seen so much attention to detail. Everything was covered to make our stay excellent. The blockout window shutters are also a big plus to ensure you get a great nights sleep. In truth it was the best B&B we have ever stayed at and Lorenzo was super reaponsive to any questions we had for him.

The service from Lorenzo was first class. He met us personally to check us in and sent an amazing list of local recommendations of places to eat and drink locally. The B and B was so comfy, quiet and modern with so many wonderful touches - smart TV, coffee and tea and biscuits in the communal kitchen, a free bottle of wine and a fridge in the room with yogurts and fruit juice and beers. The bed was SO cosy and comfortable - like sleeping on a cloud. Only a 20 minute walk away from the main tourist sites and so many fab bars and cafes in the area. I could not recommend it highly enough.

We were totally delighted with our whole experience here. The property was beautifully furnished, great location, air conditioning, comfy beds, immaculately clean, fully stocked complementary larder and fridges, but it was the extras that made our stay exceptional, Lorenzo was an outstanding host, so helpful with advice via email before, he met us on arrival, secured parking for us, gave us great advice about the area, sent us some great recommendations of where to go and where to eat, which were all delicious. There were so many thoughtful touches in the property from spare chargers to toiletries, luggage scales, a hairdryer and straightener and even a first aid kit. It is completely obvious that Lorenzo has put so much care and attention into this place, so that people love coming to stay here. We will not hesitate to recommend it to anyone and we will definitely stay if we return to Milan.

We are so pleased we booked this accommodation it was in a perfect location for exploring and it really had everything we could think of, the breakfast included, mini fridge & all thoughtful items in the room. Lorenzo met us at the property and was so kind.

The only thing I would say is the shower is maybe a little small so if you are tall you may struggle slightly but I understand this is difficult to help as it is an old building. You share the communal kitchen area and your room is opposite another guest room so if you want complete privacy then bare this in mind but we did not mind this.

We were met by Lorenzo who was great, he explained everything to us and gave us some great recommendations for restaurants. The location was ideal, a quiet area but only 15 - 20 minutes walk to the centre of Milan. lots of great bars and restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. the room itself was fantastic, clean and comfortable in a lovely old building with a balcony to sit out on and enjoy a drink. included with the stay there is a well stocked fridge with soft drinks, beer and snacks and a great communal kitchen where you could restock the fridge and get a dolce gusto coffee. Also provided with a bottle of wine.

Our apartment was very modern, clean and comfortable. The location is near the Moscova Metro station and within walking distance to all major attractions. It is 2,3 stops using the Metro or about 9,10 minutes drive from the Milan Centrale. There is a grocery store across from the street. Lorenzo was a nice and accommodating host. The apartment will have more than what you need to ensure a wonderful stay. The complimentary breakfast included with the stay has really good coffee and kind owner/staff. We would not hesitate to stay here again for our next trip to Milan.

This property was absolutely fabulous. First, the owner, Lorenzo, was awesome. He was very responsive and attentive to us from the moment we booked the place. He personally met us at the property when we arrived, explained everything we needed to know, and helped us with all our questions about getting around Milan, where to eat, and everything else we asked him. He always responded to us almost immediately. Exactly the type of property owner you hope to have when you book a place. It was wonderful to work with the actual owner, rather than an employee or management agency. Second, the property itself was beautifully decorated, had modern appliances and furniture, and all the amenities anyone could want. Outlets with USB ports was an unexpected plus! He also had the place fully stocked with food, candy snacks, fruit, drinks, cereal, bread, wine, and more, all at no additional charge. He also gave us vouchers for free breakfast at the cafe down the street, which was very much appreciated when traveling with a family of seven! There was an American coffee pot with regular American coffee, an espresso machine with pods, tea, and a French press. The beds were super comfortable memory foam mattresses, and plenty of linens, toiletries, and other supplies were on hand. The best way to sum up the place was it had virtually everything you would need if it was your own home. Finally, the location was amazing. Lots of good local restaurants nearby which had a local, non-tourist feel. The Duomo, La Scala District, and all the other important Milan areas were within easy walking district. Two different Metro stations on different lines are also both within an easy walk. We loved this place, and hated to leave. Thank you Lorenzo!

There was honestly not a single thing we did not like about this place. It was BY FAR the best place we have every stayed at in Europe, or anywhere else for that matter.

This place was exceptional. Lorenzo met us within minutes of arriving without any notice helped with our luggage promptly showed us the apartment and all that was included. This place is so well equipped, with waters, sodas, juices, coffee, teas milk, beer and 2 bottles of wine included, and you get to choose from a wine rack full of wine an all kinds of snacks. There are 2 bedrooms, both are a nice size with attached bathrooms, the beds are nice and soft with nice sheets. Lorenzo has thought of everything, I mean there was things in this apartment that most people don't even have in their own homes. End results this was the absolutely the best BnB I have ever stayed at, and I stayed at a total of 9 BnB's when in Italy.

There was nothing I didn't like

Awesome host. We were greeted at the location, and the host even helped us park our rental car in the nearby parking lot! We were sent an exhaustive list of local non touristy restaurants to visit, and the ones we visited were great! The room and common areas were very modern and decorated beautifully. The location was perfect, with only a 5 minute walk to the upscale La Brera district and a 25-minute walk to the Duomo! Pick this spot if you want to visit Milan.

The location is easily located with Google maps, but any signage is hard to see. Please warn the guest that a 'stranger' will be flagging you down once you reach the location.
