Breakfast was a Classic continental breakfast with a small selection of hot food. It kept my son and Wife happy. The room was bright, clean and cool even without the AC on, but it was hot. The pool was for reservation use only, so it was never crowded. It was great for an afternoon to cool down and relaxing.

The translation of some of the menu for the set evening meal wasn't sounding very appetising or wasn't what it intended. I.E Vegetables in Milk was really Vegetables in a light batter. Baked potatoes were roast potatoes, etc. Oh and no tea and coffee-making facility in the room.

The common area/lobby lounge is a great place to gather, interact with others which is parti ularly important in such a small town. The space was comfortable, attractive. The location was convenient, the front desk and restaurant staff were helpful

We found that for 2 people, with a reasonable amount of luggage there wasn't enough drawer, closet or surface space. Some minor maintenance issues, light bulbs in the staircase, water containment when showering but generally good

The staff were welcoming upon arrival and check in was very fast. Our double room was large and had a high level of cleanliness. The bathroom was a good size, very clean and had an excellent shower. The breakfast was great with a wide variety of options - toasts, cereals, pastries, cakes, meats and cheeses. The hotel is centrally located in Minori which meant that numerous lunch and dinner options were only a couple minutes away. We also availed of the Roman baths Spa experience which was very relaxing and very good value for money.

The location is absolutely perfect, the hotel itself is beautiful and the breakfast was amazing with lots of options. The rooms were plenty spacious with very comfortable beds and pillows.

We had problems with our electrics, the lights/air con kept tripping and it took a few days for them to get someone out. Maintenance staff don’t speak English so it was hard to describe to them what the problem was.

Hotel is very well located, with bakeries, restaurants and a laundromat nearby. The room has slippers and very good quality toiletries. Personnel were very friendly. Breakfast had many options: sliced fruit, many cakes, pastries, pancakes, toast, full english, cereals, yogurt. This hotel was one of the top ones of our Amalfi stay.

The disinfectant they used to clean the rooms was very strong and we had to open the windows to get rid of the smell every day. It didn't have USB ports for charging electronic devices. The pool was under maintenance so when we looked down from the room we could see the construction. But this didn't affect our appreciation for the hotel.

Personnel was very nice and polite. Good breakfast with a lot of choices to eat and drink. Clean. Good location in Minori. Pool is nice in case you don’t want to go to beach or you want to have quick, refreshing swin in the afternoon before going to aperitivo and dinner. There are towels available at the pool and pool bar serves drink and something to eat. I would also said that it was rather silent as we were not bothered by any noices from other rooms.

We had been placed into a classic room instead of superior which we have booked. This came up only when I asked if our room is superior while checking-in as I noticed from the paper there at the reception that our room was classic. Of course there was not availability to superior then immediately, only after one night at classic. This left a bit bitter taste. I did not notice any remarkable difference between classic and superior. The superior we were given had some major issue with the lock in the door so we were not able to safe-lock the door. So, in the end we ended up paying high price of a superior room without any noticeable difference to classic room.

great stay at this hotel - staff were very accommodating. Roberta on reception was extremely helpful. love the location - much nicer than the more population towns such as Amalfi and Positano (in my option). A great way to experience the authentic Italian coast.

We were booked into a room that was joined to another and we could practically hear everything that guests next door were saying - we asked to change the next night and this was organised with no problem. Try to book a room away from the road if you can as it can be noisy otherwise.

it was extremely clean and well looked after

Our room was on then side of the building with a window facing another building. the room was quite dark. We had to ask for the air conditioning to be switched on and they controlled it from reception. This isn’t good with children as it was turned off on the night and we had 4 of us in a room so it got quite hot.

Breakfast was ok, the hotel has an interesting Italian flavour/style, which I enjoyed a lot. Quiet, nice, probably one of the best in Minori.

The comfort provided by the hotel doesn`t quite deserve 4 stars. The beds aren`t so comfortable and some rooms (we stayed in such one) aren`t so bright. If they would invest and refresh the facility, it would indeed reach the expectations of the visitors, who pay for the 4-stars level of comfort.

The hotel was very clean. The maids & were good ,& all the staff made you welcome.

The swimming pool was out of action, as it was being refurbished, which slightly spoilt the Holiday. Also there were no tea or coffee facilities in the bedroom . We were unable to get an English channel on the TV in the bedroom.
