Comfortable bed, amazing breakfast. Good location, but still need the car to go to restaurants and bars. Shopping area is closed. They provide towels for swimming pool.

Some of the staff were very rude. No flexibility to stay in the facilities once you do the check out which is quite common in other hotels. They should fumigate (if they haven't done it) the area of the swimming pool, it is full of mosquitos. Bring your mosquito spray and citronella!

This is a new modern hotel like those one finds in the US. It is not particularly Italian. Everything was clean; everything was provided (facial tissues, shampoo, etc). It is near the edge of the new part of town and very quiet. It is not near the tourist area. The hotel does have lovely grounds with a big pool, a jacuzzi, lots of deck chairs and lots of covered patio areas with tables and chairs. The pool area has grass and flowering plants. It looks like a nice place for a wedding reception or for just relaxing in the sun. The staff was friendly and helpful. They kept our luggage after we had checked out and while we visited the town of Modica. Later, when GPS failed us due to roads that were closed for repairs, the staff helped guide us on the way to our next destination.

The restaurant attached to the hotel has a very limited dinner menu. Instead of the typical Sicilian food we were used to, we got the impression that this restaurant was trying to be very sophisticated. Maybe it's just us, but we went down the road and found a very satisfactory eatery.

Very Clean rooms,good breakfast with a variety of italian and english type of breakfast,facilities very clean and a very relaxing place to stay,internal parking with EV power outlets to charge your electric vehicle and very very helpfull and outgoing staff definitely to visit again.

Onestly all was very good there was a problem with AC system but immediately changed our room to accommodate our confort with another one

Very friendly staff and good service. Breakfast was good and well organised. Rooms were very clean and with great comfort. Towels changed every day and room always set. Pool area was always clean and with very nice surroundings. Hotel restaurant served great food. Very good value for money.

Very comfortable room. Very good breakfast in quality and assortment. Sympathetic staff. In the whole, it's a good option for short stays, such as one or two nights.

It's located in a residential peripheral area that looks ugly beyond the fence of trees surrounding the hotel compound. The pool is disappointing vis-à-vis the advertised pictures (smaller, and not much clean). Unfortunately, in my only night at the hotel a marriage event was held until late in the evening. I got a room at a promotional rate, otherwise it would have been too expensive to what the hotel has to offer in the whole.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The pool area was lovely and well-maintained, providing a perfect spot to relax. Our room was clean and comfortable. The highlight of our stay was the amazing outdoor BBQ lunch, featuring delicious, freshly prepared dishes.

The breakfast is excellent with a wide choice of cereal, warm food and cakes. Exceptional service by the staff.

The road to approach the hotel may put you off but once inside you forget about the area as the grounds of the hotel are very well maintained.

Conveniently located hotel in Modica. easy drive to the Old Town and surrounding area. Comfortable room. The pool area is beautiful. The staff is excellent. everyone from the front desk staff to housekeeping, maintenance, restaurant were friendly and helpful. parking was easy. we had a very nice stay.

It is the end of the pool season. some of the outdoor furniture was showing wear and tear.
