The location is great, minutes walk away to all main attractions, restaurants, sea coast etc.. If you book a room with town square view, you will have great view to the small square where a lot is happening. During our stay there was a small concert in the square every evening. The room was clean and big enough. The staff is very friendly. If you like Italian food there are plenty of restaurants near the Hotel, just ask the receptionist for a recommendation.

One night there was a loud electronic music coming from a bar at the square below the room, but it ended at midnight. Anyway, since there is always something happening at the square till midnight, I do not recommend the room facing the square for the ones who want to sleep before midnight.

Our classic room was comfortable and adequately furnished and very clean. The toiletries are basic. Ample good quality towels are provided. The view was overlooking into a small courtyard of the Beautiful building behind. This made the room very quiet so we had 3 good nights sleep. The staff are lovely and friendly and very helpful. The location is perfect in a small piazza with many bars restaurants and gelateria.The daily temperature averaged 35° and the air conditioning and shuttered windows kept the room cool and comfortable. Positioned in the Historical Centre you cannot drive directly to the hotel. You must contact them for instructions for where you can park. We arranged a time and the hotel Tuktuk took us to a free car park and returned us to the hotel. We ate one night in the hotel restaurant it was very nice. Breakfast was fresh well presented selection of typical Italian food.

The shower was old and small but very clean. There was no pool or area to lounge and relax in the shade. We went to a local beach club 2 of our 3 days.

The property is in a central location within Piazza Garibaldi. After a long day of exploring and soaking up the sunshine, the beautiful room terrace allows you to sit comfortably and watch the world go by. The room was huge with a double bed and side bed and beautiful high ceilings. Not to mention being spoilt with a lift and not having to carry our luggage up stairs!! Staff members, Franco and Carlo were very helpful and friendly which added to the lovely stay at the property.

The shower was quite small.

The breakfast staff, breakfast and room we’re a nice way to start your day. The facilities were clean and quiet. Thebes was comfortable.

Better description than “free parking nearby”; given that it is in the historic district the parking is outside and up a hill. it is not monitored parking. Anyone who has difficulty walking should ask about transport. Our current hotel had secured parking and a transport to historic district. I also thought the room was small given the description. No place to sit but the bed, so look at upgrade options .

Located in one of the main squares in the old town, this central location has everything within easy strolling distance. Lovely buffet breakfast and a decent restaurant with outdoor seating. The staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel beautifully decorated with art to enhance its charming historic design. While we didn’t have a view over the square which would have been lovely, the bed was very comfortable and the room well appointed. And let’s face it, you don’t go to Monopoli to stare out of your bedroom window! There is little to no parking in the old town and while free parking is available it is quite a walk away, however the hotel provide a free tuktuk service at check in/out which really helps.

My only request would have been outside seating available for breakfast. We did use the restaurant tables one day but were told the next day we had to eat inside. Mind you, it was very hot even in the morning!

Please be aware that the square is quite lively in the evening with restaurants. If you’re sensitive for noises , don’t ask for a room with the city view. The rooms are, however, air conditioned and have good sealing windows.

The rooms were spacious and super clean. The hotel is beautifully furnished, staff communicated well in English and were very welcoming and accommodating. When we mentioned some things that needed to be fixed in the room, the receptionist immediately took note which we appreciated alot. Centrally located in a beautiful square with a nice vibe for a weekend getaway

The. Breakfast could have had a better variation of hot items, however having the opportunity to have the eggs any way we wanted to was a plus and the flavours were great. The only negative thing about them was that the breakfast lady only had one hot plate and the service was a bit slow. Not many charging points in the room...better to take an extension:)

Great hotel, really nice room with plenty of room. There was a great deal of choice for breakfast in a lovely atmospheric room. Reception staff could not have been more helpful and spoke very good English. We used the Tuk tuk to take us back to our car on departure which was a great option.

Bit noisy at night and also in the morning as the room over looked the square, although a lovely view.

Perfect location, right in the heart of Monopoli. Room was so large and very nice with high ceilings and en suite was extremely modern with walk in shower. Website doesn’t do it justice! Monopoli is a great location for visiting other areas too. Very buzzy and safe at night time, great choice of bars and restaurants.

Church bells started a bit too early!

The staff was very friendly breakfast team , receptionists and housekeeping ❤️ The hotel is very charming well decorated . The breakfast was so delicious with a lots of options and great cappuccino. The location is very central with all bars , restaurants around . Thank you all staff xx . .
