I didn't expect such an amazing place to stay. Everything we needed was there: fully equipped kitchen, comfortable and clean room, clean bathroom. There were even packets with shampoo in the bathroom. The location of this place is also perfect. We thought about staying in Bari at first but Monopoli was perfect choice. Donna Nina is only 15 minutes away from train station and from there you can go anywhere! The roof terrace was amazing too! I can safely say that it has been one of the best places I have stayed in Italy. And I have been travelling there for a few years. If it's available don't sleep on it!

Our room entry was on street level, so we did not have to climb the very narrow steep stairs to/from reception too often. Note that the room design is a bit of a hobbit cave. An average height male has to duck to enter (I did), but once inside the ceiling height was high, despite the curved ceiling design. Everything was clean and comfortable. Very good location to beach and sites. About 15 mins walk to/from train station with luggage. Small but functional kitchenette for self-catering. Host allowed us to leave luggage at reception before check-in and after check-out.

Wifi was terrible, ranging from weak to zero reception, especially in the bedroom.

The home had everything that we needed, well set kitchen, iron, dryer, washing machine, fridge which was really good to have. The location is the best part about the stay, it's 5mins walking distance to the beach which is very pretty & clean, it's in the heart of the old town for the 'pretty European lanes' start within 2mins but still their is peace & quite in room. I would 100% recommended this for couple or 2 people as the home was very cute plus the access to the main area & beach was amazing. The host was very sweet & helpful.

Very well located place close to the ocean. Some great bars and restaurants in the area and not too far from the main train station. The street is neither too loud nor are there too many tourists passing by - especially in the evening. Kitchen available with many appliances.

The bed is a bit uncomfortable and mattresses move about on the frame, but okay. You will hit your head many times, even though there are warning songs everywhere.

The location in the historic district was really fun, like wandering thru a maze. The B&B was very clean, our host gave good instructions for self check in plus other recommendations. There was a small terrace to look out into the streets. I would caution tall people and those with a lot of luggage to think twice about booking. The inner stairwells are very steep and narrow. The doors are hobbit sized. Many signs to watch your head. The water gets nice and hot, good sized bathroom.

I loved everything about Donna Nina. The location was perfect - right in the middle of old town and walkable to everywhere. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked great. The rest of the place was nice too. There is a shared kitchen and a roof top patio. The view from my room was of the neighborhood and church. I loved it all so much. The owner, Giandomenico is fabulous. When I arrived in Monopoli, I got lost and he came and found me. He is so helpful and nice. I felt so comfortable and relaxed at Donna Nina! I will always want to stay there when I’m in Monopoli.

Nothing!! I liked it all!

The host Giandomenico is an absolute pleasure, and a true professional in tourism and hospitality. He was proactive and communicative. He gave a clear instructions on the parking spot, and when I was running a little behind, even picked me up from the parking spot -door to door service! And even brought me back to my car after check out. The location is PHENOMENAL. Monopoli is small, but the place is just around the corner from a busy area with a lot of good restaurant options, and attractions, yet in a very quiet area. It’s clear there is a lot of care and thoughts that go into designing and maintaining of the apartment. It provided a clean and comfortable stay regardless. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Due to the space being on the ground level, with very limited sunlight coming into the apartment, there is a presence of moldy smell in some areas. Also, virtually no sunlight in the space without having to turn on the light makes it hard to wake up in the morning.

The location of the property was perfect to explore Monopoli and the surrounding area, in walking distance to many beaches, the town centre and the train station. It was clean and all facilities as described on the listing. Our host was very helpful, always on hand to help us out and give out recommendations.

No complaints at all. Staircase up to the room may be difficult for some to use but wasn’t a problem for us.

Host was very helpful and easy to contact. He arrived promptly to let us in when we arrived. Very clean and comfortable room in the heart of the old town but in a quiet street away from the main centre. Nice little roof terrace available to guests.

The stairs to our room were very steep and narrow. Only suitable for the young and fit! We were just on the limit! No water glasses available in the room, although there is a shared kitchen up (the very steep) stairs.
