Wonderful family run accommodation in Monopoli. Francesco and his lovely Mother and Father made us feel at home. Very kind and took care of is. Fantastic, tasty served breakfast each day with freshly baked cakes and local produce from the area, possibly best of our travels in Puglia. Easy walk (around )15 minutes to Monopoli old town center which is a beautiful and interesting. Lots of excellent restaurants and sites. Nice Harbourside area. Comfortable room with a homely vibe. Lovely balcony with table sitting zone and handy fridge. Some free drinks and nibbles. Lots of free parking spaces outside the door and well lit at night. Quiet area. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Where do I start, this truly was an exceptional experience. A family run B&B, with so much heart and soul. The way the family embraced us and helped us with local suggestions was amazing. The breakfast was also incredible, we stayed for three nights and received three different kinds of breakfast selections that were local delicacies and just unbelievably good. Not only would I recommend staying in Monopoli, but I as highly recommend staying at Rizzi Marianna. Thank you so much Francesco and family for having us.

Amazing property with such fabulous hosts Marianna, Ignazio and Francesco all made us feel very welcome and couldn’t do enough for us. Fabulous breakfast each day. Room was clean and comfortable. Only a short walk into Monopoli old town and great parking in the street. We are so happy to have met this beautiful family who have created a home away from home.

This is a bed and breakfast. We don’t usually stay at b&bs but we are so glad we stayed here. It’s the perfect place to stay in Monopoli. It’s in an apartment building that is easy walking distance to the old town center and the beach. The room is very clean and comfortable with a private bath. It was easy parking. There are 2 free parking lots across the street. The location also makes it easy to get to the highway to visit all the interesting places like Alberbello, Matera, Lecce, Bari etc. Breakfast was the best we had on our trip. Mariana makes breakfast every morning and it was perfect. Mariana, Ignazio, and Francesco are so nice and helpful. They speak English very well. To my American friends, don’t miss Monopoli. It’s on the Adriatic coast without the crowds but it’s becoming more popular so go soon before it gets crowded. Southern Italy is beautiful with the orange, lemon, and olive groves. The weather was perfect in May. The people are the friendliest people we have ever met. Thank you Mariana, Ignazio, and Francesco for making our stay in Monopoli so wonderful.

Everything was outstanding.... elegant room with lovely terrace, perfect location, available parking, esquisite homemade ...Mariana's pastry....delicious breakfast with all you need to start a long summer day.... the morning coffee...Thank you Francesco, you and your parents are amazing, definetely you are the best! I very much appreciate the friendliness and hospitality of the host. He was very helpful with advice (he spoke good English), offered us a different and always rich breakfast every day to get to know the variety of Italian cuisine (including homemade desserts). The accommodation is easily accessible, in a quiet location, with parking, relatively close to the centre, clean, well equipped.

Nothing :-) Just a warning for other travellers: there is no shop or cafe in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, the accommodation is in an apartment complex.

Excellent communication with the hosts. Property was spotless. Every need had been considered and everything was to a very high standard. I particularly loved the balcony area which was fully fitted to provide extra space. The home prepared breakfasts were amazing 10/10. The hotels were on hand to help with any questions I had.

Property location is just a short 10mins walk to the old town, yet it is very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. The whole host family were extremely welcoming and helpful, going beyond to help us with transport issues we were facing. And last but not least, the breakfast and coffee were delicious!

Excellent place to stay with lovely owners who were very helpful and friendly, they could not do more to make our stay more enjoyable! We had the best nights sleep in that bed, so comfy. The location is pretty good too, took us about 15/20 minutes to walk to Monopoli old town. Also if you're travelling with a car, parking near the property is free and we never had a problem finding a space.
