location great, rooms are fine and beds are very comfy🙂 staff very friendly 🙂

the breakfast that is included in the price is a great value however when you show your voucher in the cafe called dolce Vita staff not very friendly. there is a list of food that you can choose but when you do so they say it’s not available. so at the end they only serve you with a coffee a sweet buns. it’s also say you can choose 3 items from the list but they only serve you two so very disappointed at the breakfast service☹️

Very good location. Not far from the port and Toledo Street, so you can reach central places with a fairly short walk. The beds are very comfortable, the room is spacious and cozy

It's already been written and it's a shame that the landlord doesn't do something about it: opening the doors of the building and the room complex is not easy to open and so is the facility with the code from which you get the key. It can easily be fixed and it's a shame. Also, the complaints about mold in the bathroom are true. There is some mold on the walls and it is not pleasant. And that too is no problem to arrange. Besides, the room is very clean.

The central location of the room was great. Few minutes walking from the subway (Università) and 10 mins walking from the City Centre (Spaccanapoli, Cristo Velato, etc.) The room was really nice, big and clean. The breakfast was also nice, since you can choose 3 things between croissants, and beverages.

Once arrived in front of the building door, it seems to be really bad, but it is just an impression. Unfortunately, it is ridiculous that not all the cakes sold by the bar are included in the breakfast coupon.

Another one of those 'check yourself in and check yourself out' accommodations that seem to be de rigeur, at least in Naples. Modern rooms with all the necessary fittings: safe, fridge, internet TV and en suite bathroom. My single room had a sofa bed that was more comfortable than I expected. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

There is no elevator and 16 steep steps to the rooms. If this is a problem for you, better to book somewhere else. A chair would be a useful addition to the room.

The vert Antonio contacted me on WhatsApp a day before my arrival, gave me all the necessary instructions (with video). Check-in went without problems. The room was not so big, but more than spacious enough, clean and well-equipped. I was surprised to see how comfy and nice the room was. Such a great value for the price and location as well.

Noise from the family upstairs (kids running around like crazy for at least 2-3 hours - not Antonio´s fault). Significant humming noise from the fridge in my room. The window had grill and blocked. I couldn´t feel total safety without a visible smoke detector, or fire evacuation plan/instructions. I had no breakfast coupon - so it was not B&B, but only bed for me.

The room is great and enough for a short stay! The location is excellent if you plan to take the ferry to Amalfi/Positano/Capri etc. It is a good accomodation. Close to metro stop, and it is around 15 min walking from the Central train Station. Good restaurants around.

The only negative point is that the shower is half open. So on one hand the showerhead is amazing, but on the other hand the shower itself is half open..so, water everywhere in the bathroom.

The location is really good and the size of the room is big. Antonio also contacted us the day before our arrival to inform us of what we needed to know to locate and access the property, which we found very helpful. We had a really comfortable stay there. Definitely recommend!

The bathroom floor needs a proper deep cleaning. I can not say anything else otherwise :)

The host was amazing, helpful, supportive, helped us planning all the way to go over the city. It is ideal for early flights, because the main station is 10 minutes walk from the apartment and when you have to leave with the first airport bus (4.20am), then it is a great location.

The bathroom seemed older than on the pics, but everything was clean.

Antonio was very helpful with guides to check in ourselves and provided the information needed. He even helped us store our luggage after checking out!! We had a very good impression. The location is perfectl, walking distances everywhere! Would recommend to others for sure

Unfortunately, there was no actual hand soap for the toilet, and the toilet seat kept swoping to either side, feeling like it almost was falling off - the bed linen was a bit strange with a duvet and cover, but also might be a cultural difference and only because we are not used to having it like that. Overall, it is a fine place to stay for a few days in napoli!

The location was excellent. The metro is there if you needed it but I went everywhere by foot. The old city is just across the road. Central station a 15/20min walk away. Though we didn't meet in person my contact was friendly and helpful over whatsapp. The room had wifi a fridge towels and bedding and shower gel .The bed is indeed a bed and not a sofa! :-)

The breakfast provided by a cafe nearby through vouchers was adequate but offered little choice.
