The hotel is located on the first and second floors of a residential building. We had a room with two lovely little balconies. The hotel is very close to the city center, just two metro stations from the train station (about 20 minutes). It's a good spot, but it's better to plan visits to attractions ahead of time, as strolling through crowded, not-so-clean streets isn't the most pleasant. The breakfast was included in the price—although not very varied, it was decent. The staff was very friendly. On the day of check-out, we left early, before the scheduled breakfast time, and asked for a light snack. They kindly served us excellent coffee and some pastries.

Nothing much to say except that the soundproofing was mediocre and the bathroom a bit cramped.

Room was very spacious and the bed was wide. Everything was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived a little early and were prepared to wait until check in time, but was immediately shown to the room. Transport to and from the central train station was short and easy. And walking to the historic city centre was short, but still so far away that you don’t get bothered too much with the big amount of tourists. Breakfast was included and the staff prepared coffee of your choice fresh!

Nothing really :) a bed light that didn’t work but nothing that tainted the overall experience.

Room and furnishings, excellent,, with only one suggestion--bathroom really needs an exhaust fan--at least that we could find. We had a deluxe, corner room on the main floor. Quiet and convenient. The building lobby is really grungy==like an old Moscow apt building, not sure what can be done about that, as it is not exclusively the hotel's building. Staff lovely and helpful. Breakfasts are terrific--many choices--especially the pastries, coffees, and fresh fruit.

The property was clean, spacious and comfortable. The rooms where bright , providing a table, sofa chair , large bed, side lights , balcony , spacious bathroom, safe and Tv The staff were very friendly. Breakfast supplied was cold meats , fruits and small hot buffet section, provided fresh coffee every morning . Cold beverages available to purchase, Parking is available, valet parking at the cost of €40 per night, very good service. When car is wanted it arrives within 10 minutes Location is on a busy Main Street, 10 minute walk from main plazas and bars and food restaurant.

At times the room was noisy from the street traffic.

We came to Napoli for two nights and I’ve booked this hotel here because of the reviews. Well, it is located in the middle of one of the main streets of Napoli so the location is good. If you are coming with a car, they have a car parking service, so don’t look for one yourself, just park in front of the hotel and go up to the reception and they will take the car from you. It will cost you between 30-40€ per day depending on the size of the car. The room was very small, the shower is too small! If you want to sit on the toilet you have to be very intuitive…. Since the toilet sit is almost on the sink!!! We were on the 1st floor, and the noise from the street day and night are thought, so if you are a lite sleeper.. think twice. Food was ok for breakfast, nothing was missing. I think it is more of a B&B and not a Hotel but… I think it is overpriced for this place…. And one last thing, it is too pink for me and I think for most people.

The size of the room - too small The bathroom is well… bad. The toilet and the bide should have switched places, you can’t sit on the toilet without being under the sink! Noise from the street all day long And it is too PINK.

The location was good, between two metro stations. The hotel staff was delightful and helpful, they know English and they were very kind. The room was clean. The cleaning staff cleaned it daily and changed the towels. The hotel is located in an apartment building, the building is clean and there is an elevator (a small one). The room had air conditioning, a safe, an iron, and more...

It isn't quiet and loud. I could hear the TV and the talking from the room beside me all night. The noise was also from the street: cars, airplanes, booms. The mattress was not comfortable. In my opinion, the breakfast is not worth it. It's limited but fine overall. Perhaps it's better to buy something else to eat at a cafe nearby. The price was very high for what I got and for Naples.

Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The location is great. The room is big, comfy, well equipped.

The cleaning ladies started to work at around 6 am, and they were very, very loud - their storage room or something was just in front of my room, and I always woke up because of them. The doors are thin, and also the light gets through under the doors. The air conditioning or what is also quite noisy, I had to use my earplugs to be able to sleep.

Perfect location. walking distance: 5 min to the historical center, 10 min to central station, 15 min to the marina. Breakfast is delicious with lots of varieties. Clean and spacious bathroom.

The door of bathroom is hard to close. You need to pay attention to the room's door because it does not close automatically even though there is a mechanism.

Breakfast was over my expectation, room was big considering the European standards. We were 3 people and the room was for maximum 4 people located behind the reception. I liked very much the bathroom, the shower is a bit narrow for my size but it worked excellent and looks very nice, Italian. For me 10+ was the bathroom and everything inside. A reason we choose this hotel was the location, central, 15 minutes walk from the port where are the meeting points for any travel around Naples. Was our bad luck we had a very hot weather and even 15 minutes walk was too much sweating. Now I want to say a few words about people: they were above my expectation. All of them: reception, cleaning and breakfast. I want to congratulate you all for your smiles and hard and professional work.

What I didn't like and nobody likes is the entrance. Compared with the rest of the city is clean but is still in the dark and with the garbage bins to welcome you. One day when the big door was open and the sun was in the bins didn't look so inappropriate for the eye.

Everything is great, very good breakfast, which is rare in Italy. Otherwise perfect place to stay in Naples, metro station was close, historic center, and the ferry docks were in walking distance. Hotel itself is very clean and in great condition, we had two balconies. Would stay again.

Only thing they could improve upon is sound proofing. We got lucky that our room was not near the reception desk or breakfast area, might be quite loud.
